Food was very good. not crowded at all. Waiter was not very friendly. seemed as if we were bothering him by being there. I've been here before for dinner and the service was very good so I will just avoid this waiter in the future.
Excellent meal with attentive service!
We frequent Ralph's fairly often. Our server Aries is who normally waits on my gif and I. He always does a terrific job and is always professional and friendly. Highly recommended the restaurant and ask for Aries.
Chicken Parm is incredible.
Atmosphere was very pleasant, although not like the original restaurant in South Philly. The food was good overall. One meal was veal medallions that were a bit stale tasting. This was mentioned to the waitress, but we never saw the manager to fix the problem. Not great customer service for an issue like this. I hope they don’t have Health department officials visiting any time soon.
But other than that one meal, everyone was happy with their meals. That’s why I gave a 3 rating.
Delicious food, but prices are very steep for what you get. Service was amazing.
Outstanding taste, menu, atmosphere & value. Will definitely return. Had the night’s entree special: veal medallions w/ lump crabmeat. Superb!!
The food is varied but everything was delicious. Servings are enough to make into a second meal at home. I just wish it wasn’t so noisy.
We had the calamari, it was made with black and green olives, roasted red peppers and pepperoncinis. It was delicious! Then, we both got the shrimp and veal special. It came with tons of veal and shrimp. I had the orange blossom cheese cake for desert. It tasted like an orange creamsicle. Will definitely go back!
Excellent as always!! Love Ralph’s.
Easter Dinnet with Family
Awesome food! We had a great meal and definitely telling people about the kop location. A lot of people thought it was only in south Philly!
We were greeted by a friendly, and attentive server. He took the time to walk us through the menu, and offer his recommendations. The food presentation was good, and was served well. I had the fettuccine Alfredo. It was well prepared and tasted very good. My wife heard the spaghetti with clams and was very happy with her meal.
We were disappointed with the décor of the restaurant. It gave the appearance of a hotel banquet room. Very disappointing! I am not sure we will return. There are too many other options out there today.
Music could have been a little lower Difficult to talk
Everything from the service to the food was terrific. We have been here numerous times and it's always been great. Definitely recommended.
I took my friend there for her birthday lunch and she really enjoyed her meal! The food was good and the portion sizes were great. It was relaxing and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. However, If you sit at the table comprised of a chair on one side and a cushion on the other, the cushion is rather low and it's hard to reach the table well to eat. Other then this, the servers were very quick and eager to please.
I wasn’t impressed with this at all. We were the only table there however our waiter was very scarce and not available when we needed him. We felt that the bread should’ve been more ample, and we had asked both times to have the bread brought out and for more. The food was good, but the ambience and service left a lot to be desired.
I enjoyed everything but thought it was a bit pricey.
Everything was lovely, just the singer was a bit too loud. Food was very nice and big portion size - a lovely place!
We found Ralphs as a result of the Nor'easter that hit the coast. All the other restaurants were closed. Aries our server was great and the food was pretty good overall. The ambiance is severely lacking, but it what you would expect for a restaurant situated in a hotel.
It's good, but there's nothing particularly notable about the place that would bring me back.
I'm not big on Italian food to start, I have frequented Ralph's in South Philly for many years, I am sorry it is not as good as it used to be.
Met with out of town friends
the food was excellent. everything we ate was really authentic tasting, like someone's mom-mom was in the back cooking (especially the meatballs). it can be loud at times, and it would be nice if they tried to look a little less like a hotel lobby restaurant with the decor, but the food is definitely worth checking out.
Loved the food and service....it was very loud.....you kind of sank in the chairs
The food was delicious!!! I got the chicken parm. It was huge. I was happy I got to eat it twice!
Food was great as usual, but our server was below the standard that we are used to at Ralph's.
We felt like we were rushed through everything. Considering it was a slow night.
Great food, great service. Ask for Aries as your waiter and Donna at the bar. they are great to chat with and have them wait on you.
Everything was excellent, service, food, valet parking!!! Great drinks!
Highly recommend
Food & service A +. Love everything. Ambiance not the best if your seated where the hotel serves breakfast in the morning but would not keep us from going back.
food was excellent. everyone enjoyed their meals. waiter was good but seemed rushed and did not tell us the specials.
the hostess was rude. we had to ask for a manager. this was our 2nd time there and we knew the bench seats were uncomfortable to eat at. she said there were no tables available (I saw 4 available) even if we waited she could not guarantee a table.... we asked for a manager and we got a table, At all times there were table tops available.
filler was added to their meatballs. very different than when we went last year. disappointing. we will not go back a 3rd time
Great! As always perfect place.
Birthday celebration, great service!
I was excited to spend Valentines Day at Ralph's however, the web-site didn't mention that the restaurant was located in the Sheraton...big piece of info that could've proved to be helpful.
We were all very surprised that the dining area is not handicap accessible, especially for a such a modern hotel...this posed a great concern for our 2 elderly family members (one post-stroke with a cane) as did the distance to the restrooms. While the food & wine were excellent, the noise level was too loud, we could barely hear our conversations with one another.
Open floor tables . Not that cozy for romance. Food was good , service was fast. Average prices for couple $80 with drinks. Will return to try more food.
Never disapointed when I come to Ralphs. The food is always very authentic and the service is outstanding. The mussels over red sauce is one of their all time best dishes for me. Seafood is fresh and cooked well, and they a have fresh pastas and other dishes that will please your taste buds. This place is great for friends, family, dates, etc. I also have been to their original location in Philly and this is just as good!
Good meal, pleasant service. Great wine list. Always a good experience at Ralph's.
This was our first date since the birth of our son. We were treated like family with the best seat in the house and amazing service. The food was fantastic and perfectly cooked and the Cannoli was out of this world!
Ralph's never fails to impress. From being seated at the table through dessert the service is exquisite, the food is of the highest quality and the entire experience is enjoyable. Ralph's is our "go to" for special occasions or for a quiet night out with just the wife and myself. Highly recommended.
