Everything about the place was a home run! Only thing that I didn't care for was the noise level. Both floors were extremely loud. For my liking anyways. And nothing really to absorb the noise. Reminded me of the high school cafeteria as far as noise. But the food was very tasty and the service was right on par.

We always try to find good Italian food with my in laws and this was their favorite after many cities and many Italian restaurants! It only rivals Carmelinas in Boston. We will definitely be going back.

Service was excellent. Food was good. However for the price, one can get better Italian meals in Philadelphia. It has a great historic factor and nice servers but the food has become average. As a side note, if you don’t know the area be sure to arrive early to find parking or Uber.

Food was amazing but our waiter was a bit on the douchey side. He would have an attitude when we didn’t like something, although we were respectful in letting him know. He took way too long to bring us drinks when he came around to get refills. All in all, despite the service, the restaurant and food was great!

This was my first time at Ralph’s. My wife and I loved it. Wait staff was awesome and the food was very good. Cool ambiance with an old school Italian vibe. Our waiter Anthony was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. Will definitely be back.

Easily some of the best food Italian food I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and professional. The calamari and flounder stole the show, but the whole ensemble was incredible. We will be back!

I have been going to Ralphs for many years. This was my first visit since the pandemic. I was so happy to find the same restaurant i have known and loved- welcoming, good food, warm ambience, helpful staff. I highly recommend a visit. Or many.

We were a group of 11 people snd we were seated on the third floor. The service was good, and all of us raved about our dinners. We ordered lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, veal dishes, Caesar salad, antipasto salad, wine, desserts. Everything was excellent! The red sauce tasty (and I am Italian and I know my sauces). The bread from Sarcone’s good too! I’ll be back!

Ralph’s Italian and a Phillies World Series game! What a perfect night! The weather didn’t cooperate with the last part,rain out, but Ralph’s went above and beyond. Same great food with a sense of urgency because we all wanted to get to the ball park. Great meal with service above and beyond, just another day at Ralphs.

Unless someone else was footing the bill, I do not see myself ever going back here again. While the food was pretty good, everything else was subpar at best. From the host(?), who was dressed super professionally in a phillies shirt, who could not care less about us walking in, to the server who pretty much came off as the same. The bigger issue was the busser/ service helper who was just too much. Would stand behind our table staring and waiting for any opportunity to come clear something. He came 3x to try and clear the same plate, clearly not taking the hint that we were still.. working on it. It made our meal a little uncomfortable since we felt we couldn't really have a conversation since you know.. he could hear everything. The food, as said, was pretty good.. but WAY overpriced. $33 for a chicken dish with a small side of spaghetti? Maybe for 2 portions it would be worth that price. Here? no. You don't even get a starter salad or anything. Just the dish, which was $27. Spaghetti was an extra $4. Also, they are CASH only, so come prepared for that as well. Just because they're the older italian joint in the city doesn't mean theyre anywhere close to the best. I'd say they're on the lower end of "best italian restaurants" in the city tbo.

Dinner is always delicious. We ordered salads, chicken parm., ravioli, chicken with artichokes, and pasta. Bread is the best!!! Always wonderful and the service is great. Thank you Ralph's for a super enjoyable evening.

I’ve been to Ralph’s many times, I can’t remember ever having, even a small one, problem with my meal. For that matter with service or anything. It’s that’s good if you’ve never been you really need to try it.

Haven’t been able to get to Ralph’s in a few weeks. I’ve tried chicken parm at other restaurants, it’s not even close. The best is at Ralph’s you should try it!
