The food and food choices were very good. Much better than last year's Thanksgiving buffet. I appreciated the salad bar and the many dessert choices. My only complaint was the coffee we were served. It was bitter and tasted like it had been sitting on the burner for hours. Not good at all. Especially for the price. But the food and service were outstanding.

There were limited selections for the prime rib buffet and the salad bar did not have anything marked as far as dressing name, horseradish, or cocktail sauce so it slowed the line down. The food in the server's was barely warm. The draft beer charge was extremely high as at our local bar one can get three glasses of beer for what they charge for one at Ralph's.

Ribeye steak was not tender-super tough steaks. Ordered medium rare got well done. Even when recooked the steak was too tough to enjoy. Possibly need to get thiner ribeye steaks in order to cook properly as it should be marbled and tender. They had no marbled fat and were like a thick sirloin.

First, we asked for diet coke and were given coke zero which we didn't like. Then we sat for over an hour waiting on food... they were busy so we weren't expecting fast service but were very disappointed when the waitress said the kitchen couldn't find the order. We ended up leaving without getting our food.

We were excited to visit this establishment, drove an hour to get there. Our appetizer was very good we had the lugnuts and they were awesome. I ordered the R&L burger and it was great! My husband ordered the sirloin steak medium rare and it came out well done, had to send it back. The French fries for both of us were lukewarm. They would have been good if hot. Over all it was okay. We will try it again.

We went for the prime rib buffet on Saturday night. We were seated right away but waited about 20 minutes for someone to wait on us. Apparently the management had a staff meeting during dinner time. Now to the food. The prime rib was very good. The salad bar had a lot of selections as well as sides. I wasn’t crazy about the taste of most of them such as egg salad or coleslaw, but the fruit salad was great. Regarding the sides, the tater tot casserole was way too salty. The broccoli had a weird taste. There were grits which I don’t eat. They had strawberry pie along with blueberries and small eclairs for dessert. Nothing earth shattering. I would go back for the prime rib and hopefully better sides.

First time visiting. It was very nice. We all had the buffet which was really good little pricey but everything was fresh and hot. Loved the tribute to the trucking industry and the history of R L transfer. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We had the meatloaf food bar and the meatloaf did not live up to your expectation. I told one of the ladies that it tasted like it had too much sausage and spice in it. I also challenged her to just go taste it and let me know her thoughts. She never came back 🥲

2nd time to visit this eclectic restaurant and have not been disappointed. Came in thinking I would grab a burger and some "lugnuts" (loaded tater tots) and ended up with the "all you can eat" glorified salad bar. Not really a Cincinnati Chili fan, but this chile was really good! Lots of beef. All the various salads offered were great; I especially enjoyed the brocolli salad. And the offered some dessert bites to boot! We will be back!

Worst meal service, ever!!! The food was average, but out of 7 people, all were disappointed by something. 2 of 7 entrees didn’t get to the table…had to be reordered. The 5 salads were totally missed and came after the entrees. Didn’t have several items on the menu or beer list. Complete disaster!

We are there for breakfast and dinner during our stay. Breakfast was good, however it took awhile to get it and they weren't busy at the time. Dinner was good, service fast and the restaurant was quite busy. Overall, was a good choice. Very good food, clean and nice atmosphere.

We had a reservation at 115. Party of 10. We didn’t get our food till 310. Very SLOW. Probably won’t come back till you get help 2 hours is to long to wait on food!!!!

We were there at 130 on a Saturday afternoon. There weren’t very many people there. Our greeter was friendly along with the waitress It took about 45 min for us to get our food and then the orders weren’t quite right. Nothing that we couldn’t live with and the things they could make right they did. On a busy day I can see why it would take that long but the restaurant wasn’t packed and it wasn’t a busy time if the day. The food was good when we got it, not hot but warm enough to eat

The waitress we had was really off. I asked a question about the buffet and she immediately wrote down the order that was what both my wife and I wanted. I told her my wife hadn’t ordered yet. We have different tastes. She made a weird comment then my wife began to order the salmon. The waitress then asked what sides did she want then back tracked and said the sides are set. When the food came out she got the salmon with fries and coleslaw. My wife did not want me to bring it up because it took so long and she didn’t want to wait to get the correct sides. The waitress never filled our water and after sitting finished for a while I had to ask for the check. We are regulars and have had really good service and love your food but this evening was not one of your better ones.

Taco buffet night and they had a nice spread. Lot of variety, three meats, hard, soft shells, toppings. Chicken was v. good, something I thought was chopped ribeye, good, a little chewy. Flour tortillas cold, should have been served warm. Had cute little triangle taquitos, but they were cold and dry. Wait staff on the ball, came by multiple times, and also other staff stopped by to see how we were doing. However... Someone had just mopped/cleaned when we first came in and the chemical cleaner smell was terrible. Traveling partner had the beer cheese burger and said it was hard to taste over the smell. Cut in half and when we got home, still could smell the chemical. (or maybe it was in my nose) Overall buffet was good but the cleaning smell was off-putting.

We met friends there for dinner. Our food was absolutely delicious!! Our server was very attentive and allowed us time to visit and kept our drinks refilled. We were pleasantly surprised at how unique the design and decor were - we feel like we found a new hang out!!!

Everything was great. We loved the Easter buffet. And my Grandkids loved the children's selections on their kids buffet. I have never seen a buffet especially for children. I was concerned if they would eat the lamb and other items on the adult buffet. But they ate well on chicken tenders, and pizza rolls.

Nice place we were a large group and they arranged a room off of the main dining area Unfortunately the table was a high top which could not accommodate some of our guests They had us sit in a set of three tables, not ideal but we made it work They should let folks know that seating is high top only Service was ok, server was overwhelmed- there was a gun show in the adjacent convention center and they did not have enough staff Food was good!
