   Cannot fault the restaurant or the server, I didn’t enjoy the main I chose and the server was concerned. I said totally my taste nothing to do with the actual meal but I wasn’t charged. I said I was happy to pay and she insisted no. Very impressed 😁

   Been here a few times and definitely a drop in standards. The fish soup was a watered down version of the previous delicious thicker version and the prawn cocktail was thrown together rather than presented in a nice glass. Main courses were fine but sticky toffee pudding was dry and seemed a few days old. Overall disappointing especially when a customery 10 per cent service charge is added on.

   1st time here and we will be back. Market Menu is very good value, really enjoyed the Kiev but the terrine could have had a bit more flavour. It was quiet when we went in but got busier which was better as seemed very quiet at the start.

   First visit and already making plans to return. Staff were brilliant - attentive, friendly and knowledgable. Arrived early Saturday afternoon where they were just getting started and folks arriving. By the time we left it was such a great atmosphere. Busy, great vibe and somewhere you wanted to be. Yeah all in all a great experience was had by all and we look forward to returning to sit at the lovely bar with a bottle of fizz.

    I have always been a supporter of The Urban, now Ralph & Finns. First time I've been back since the new chef came on board and I have to say, well done. Food was super, great value for money especially on the 'Market Menu' though I ate from the 'A La Carte'. I thoroughly enjoyed being back and plan to return soon with a group of girl friends next month. Thanks again.

    Lovely place to sit in staff lovely . Only issues was my food my main course fish pie was horrible It was very watery like it had been frozen then defrosted leaving the sauce and potatoes watery and tasteless, very poor. Was expecting a lovely creamy sauce which it was not. Wouldn’t rush back for food.

    Birthday dinner out but despite the request our seat was in the middle of nowhere, which is fine just didn’t create that special feeling which was envisaged. The sharing steak was super poor however, tasted as if it was defrosted as it was very watery and a little tasteless - real shame as everything else was nice

    This is the first time I have dined at Ralph & Finns since it changed from being the Urban Brassiere. The food was really delicious and well exceeded expectations. Service spot on in terms of helpfulness and the timing of food arriving. Lovely bubbly atmosphere. Good value for money and we will definitely go back. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

    2 starters ordered. Only one came out, could not get a server to ask for the other starter as too busy serving drinks, when a sever came to clear the table got to ask for other starter. Food quality was poor for the price.

    Food was great, service was a little slow to get a drink at the bar before our dinner. Ordered dessert and waited 30 minutes and never received it. We then had to ask another waitress for our bill, only to find out our waitress had left for the evening. We were charged for the dessert on the bill even though we never received it, she just shrugged it off as `oh well’ and removed it.

    Enjoyed our meal, the monkfish was excellent. Service was slow at points and it was a Wednesday afternoon so not busy. Loved the décor and styling, cocktails were nice however the second round of the Floral 75 was much better than the first.

    Ralph and Finns is becoming our go to place for food and service. Staff friendly, resolve any issues quickly and able to accommodate complex food allergies too. We will be back again soon.

    Really enjoyed my experience at Ralph and Finn’s! The restaurant is beautiful, the cocktails are so tasty and our server brought a really friendly vibe. The only reason it’s not five stars is that our steak was a little more medium rather than medium rare, but still tasty none the less and getting our main course was on the slower side. Also there was no music at first during our visit so the ambience wasn’t made until later in the night! So rather pin picky reasons but otherwise had a wonderful evening.

    Took almost an hour to deliver our food. The restaurant didn't seem busy enough to justify this. Server was nice, food was good and enjoyed by all but it was a business lunch so not a good impression to our guests to wait this long to be served.

    Had a lovely evening catching up with friends in Ralph and Finns. Requested a booth on booking which was kindly honoured. The main servicer for our table was attentive without any time pressures. She was friendly and made the service excellent. Cocktails were well made and the group would recommend St Ralph’s . Starters, mains and puddings as well as after dinner coffee and tea all excellent.     First time here but it certainly won’t be our last! We were celebrating our anniversary and were presented with complimentary fizz which was a lovely surprise! We were also situated in the private dining area which was so spacious and the ambiance and decor were out of this world. Food was delicious - great portion sizes and cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very attentive and professional. Can’t wait to come back again soon.
