The food and drinks were amazing. This restaurant is on the pricier side, but you have excellent waiters and waitresses who are super attentive to you while dining. Plus, your meals and drinks are tasty, if something isn’t right, just ask for help. Plus, you get to hear music, sounds, and the animatronics moving. I’ll be back.

The experience is always cool. We sat next to the elephant and my 4 1/2-year-old didn’t love her meal. We ordered the what looked like fish shaped fish sticks. although I recall now that the waiter never asked for fried or grilled or whatever the fish was, but it was awful. It smelled so bad of a bad smell, which usually indicates the fish is not good. we sent it back and they were gonna charge us for both kids meals and I said no not paying for both. She only ate one and we changed it to something else. So I do not recommend the grilled or baked fish. That was huge piece of fish for children. Also, my favorite meal has been taken off the menu which is one reason why I come. Chicken fried chicken! Overall, it was OK. I’ll still go back. Mongoose mai tai is amazing!!!

This is a fun place to go with kids. Lots of things to watch and see and explore. It’s a bit noisy, from all of the activity, but fun. Food is fine, nothing fabulous, but fine. Our 4 and 5 years old kids loved it

Our server was super sweet but service suffered when it got busy. The smash and artichoke dip was awful - too dry and too salty. Our chicken and shrimp entree was very good. We ordered the key lime pie which was awful. The ice cream sandwich was no different from the ones on sale in the grocery store, wrapped in paper. Skip dessert. Skip the dip. Go straight for the entrees and you'll be better off.

Enjoyed our meal, and the restaurant is perfect to bring kids to. Our server, Matt, did a great job and made our meal enjoyable. Menu items are a bit pricy, but everything else was great!
