Dirty, poor service, not enough room at table, overcooked food
Very disappointing. Server Matt did the best he could and you could tell he wanted us to have a good experience. Place was rundown. Fish tanks empty. Really it’s in need of a lot of repair. Food was very slow to come out. It wasn't that busy maybe 8 tables with guests. Food was not great. Have been to other rainforest cafes and had great experiences. Hope they can make some changes.
The food was very subpar for the price. But you’re paying for the atmosphere
The food desperately needs seasoning even just some salt would be great.
The amount of red cabbage on every meal is quite a bit.
The animatronics are very loud. As is the whole atmosphere good luck talking to your party here.
They are out of half their food and drinks as most places are these days
Can't remember our severs name but she was great. Checked on us several times.
Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was great and the atmosphere is everything! My
Kids love it and so do I!
Food was really good and our waiter was really nice! The main set back was it took and hour and a half for our dinner for 5. Thank heavens there was a lot for our granddaughter to look at and so we were able to keep her attention pretty good.
I was like a kid when I entered the restaurant. I loved every moment. Tip: If you do not like loud noise, do NOT sit near the elephants. LoL
The food is ok but we go for the ambiance. The only bad part is the bathrooms aren’t very clean and kind of smell.
Food was good, but prices are quite high for the quantity. Service was excellent. Multi-page kids menu had plenty of activities that our grandsons enjoyed. Be forewarned - it's LOUD! Enjoy the noises of the rainforest... 😁
The food was good and fresh. Bathroom was clean the waiter was friendly. Was sad about the fish tank my kiddos love fishes and they where all gone ...
Way over priced . $70 for me and my 3 year olds meals and 2 drinks
Women's bathroom was disgusting. Two sinks out of order, other sink sprayed water EVERYWHERE (mirror, counter, me). Floor dangerously wet because of it. Most of the stalls don't lock correctly. Food was mediocre at best. Definitely NOT worth the price. We wanted to love it. Unfortunately we won't be back.
My daughter wanted an animal cup really bad and even when they were advertised on the table they were not available.
Service and food was outstanding! Went to celebrate a birthday and everything was great. Will be coming back. Our waiter was waiter was Matthew!
Although our food was good and our waitress was very nice. The decor seemed very dirty... unkept. No fish in the large arching fish tank that is probably suppose to a focal point. Dusty decor... the bathrooms were extremely dirty and in poor condition. Food was good but way overpriced. If the place looked up to standard or above and was a clean environment I wouldn’t mind paying for the ambiance / experience but it’s a place I’ll go again. The hostess was a little billy goats gruff with us...
Way too loud in there. Maybe skip the music or at least stop it when the animal rainforest thing is going on. Otherwise, fabulous! Loved the food.
The hostess was not aware of her surroundings or that people were waiting to be seated. She was not friendly at all. We asked for a table for four and she told us they would be a 20 minute wait and when we told her we had a reservation she scowled and seemed annoyed. She did seat us after a minute or two, but it would’ve been nice to have a welcome to the rainforest Café or at least half of a smile. Maybe she was having a bad day, but still. However, Our server was outstanding! She needs to give the hostess a lesson in customer service!
They need to turn the music down a bit it’s too loud to hear but the service and food was good. You should include salad with macaroni and cheese for $22 a plate
Well it's a shame about the fish those tanks look bad, some of the seating was not acceptable it smelled bad by the water , I would still go back though food was great
We really enjoyed our time at Rain Forrest Cafe! It just took a little long to get served our food but once it came it was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive.
The food taste ok. My burger had a bun that could shatter a window it was so hard. The water was gross, the lemonade was watered down. They no longer have fish which sucks. The service was terrible our waitress didn’t come check on us frequent enough, the food took too long to come out and was cold when it did. Love rainforest idea but definitely needs a revamp at this location.
I have been a long time fan of the ambience and theme of the Rainforest Cafe. The prices are a bit higher than the quality of the food would suggest, but I get that you are paying for the atmosphere as well. This location is feeling a little worn down. It was disappointing that the fish have all been removed from the aquariums. To feel like it is a good value, it may need more attention to keeping up the atmosphere that makes it special in the first place.
Food was overpriced. Service slow with about 1/4 of the tables filled.
The server was was extremely attentive and made the experience great.
Very good food and fun atmosphere of a tropical rainforest.
Service and food was really bad. They messed up my order charged me for items that the waitress told me was part of the deal they had for Father’s Day. I ended up getting a kids meal due to lack luster taste of the other meal.
We waited 15 minutes after our reservation to be seated. Had to stand in line twice for that to happen. Very disorganized. Sat at the table for 15 minutes and had to flag down a manager to even get a drink order. No server was assigned to our table and manager finally took our order. One server came by after that and said he is now assigned to our table. Barely saw him and one point he said do you need anything else as I will be busy running everywhere else. This was the worse service I have ever experienced at a restaurant and will never go back…..
Server was great but they are very short staffed so it was SLOW! VERY hot, no AC? Would not recommend at this time. Other Rain Forest Cafes are much better.
Food was decent. They don't follow the menu when making meals though, bad service and charges me for a bill that wasn't mine.
Setup is cute but would be better if they spaced the tables out more. It says on here they give extra space, but they had us sitting with other diners virtually touching the backs of chairs, even though they still had distancing signs up. Took away from the ambiance & increased the noise levels. The tables kept wiggling too. At $25-35 a plate, you'd think they could make the tables stable.
They then brought an item out that did not match what was listed on the menu. When the manager was asked about it, his response was: Yes, this is the way it's made, we have several items on the menu that don't match the actual food. Say What??! How is that even close to an acceptable response? The Rasta Pasta comes with cheese on top, even though the menu doesn't list it, and it's not Alfredo OR Pesto as listed, but Alfredo or Alfredo plus pesto. I don't eat cheese so sent it back. They came back 3 minutes later after scraping the cheese off and stirring the dish that just had cheese melted on it.
So per the manager, the menu means nothing. They just wily nily change sauces and add ingredients with no respect for the menu listings. Then at the end, they charged another table's bill to my card, adding $40 to my bill. Good thing I'm attentive.
The food we finally got was decent, but between bad service / indifference and billing me for other people's meals, don't think we'll be returning.
Our granddaughter loved seeing all the animals, especially the ones that moved and made noise. Menu had something for everyone and a huge kids menu.
Food and service were great! Restaurant and especially the restrooms were disgusting! I’ve seen cleaner restrooms at gas stations
Overall a better experience than I would have imagined! Food was actually excellent. Service was better than started - the hostess could have used a bit of energy and attention to guests waiting - we had a reservation and the place was basically empty yet she wasn’t ready for us with 4 little kids. Entertainment was pleasant the kids loved it and we were seated right in front of the action. Cleanliness was a bit of a complaint - I’m not covid crazy at all but just the dirtiness like sticky tables, chairs, messy floors, I get thag kids and families eat there non stop but could use a deep cleaning in the whole place.
This was an amazing experience for the family. Loved everything about it.
It was a great atmosphere. They are not at full capacity and it keeps the restaurant noise level quieter and more private.
3 out of 5 meals which had been ordered had to be returned to the kitchen. They were missing items , circumference of chicken was VERY burnt, hamburger ordered without cheese nevertheless had cheese on it. Had to ask server for many items, like ketchup, water, fork and knife. We enjoyed the alcoholic drinks and appitizers. Bill was over $200 dollars for disappointing meal and experience. Will not return.
Lil slow, servere was very friendly and attentive as he could, considering they were short staffed. Food was good. Overall Ambiance for the restaurant could be updated..
Worse food and worse service, me and my family of 5 went to eat there last weekend, any of our food was good .
BD dinner with my son. We love the experience and the food was amazing. Huge portions of everything. We’ll be ready to go back soon.
That’s definitely not how it used to be animals used to play more the food was horrible you had to wait forever to get even a drink
