   Place is rundown, dirty, and simply overpriced for the value of the food. Every dish tasted like microwave food.

   Great family fun. Party of 8 seated promptly. Accommodating bringing kids food first while adults enjoy a beverage. Lots of choices from salads to sandwiches, to full entrees.

   I’d booked ahead as we were a big party (12 of us) and when we got there it took them 25 minutes to seat us, it was as if they weren’t expecting us. As they made us stand and wait in the corner for 25 minutes, no one came over to make sure we were okay or to apologise. We could see them pulling tables together and using old napkins from a previous table. We sat down 45 minutes after the reservation was booked for. And the server came over and took everyone’s drink order bar one, so we had to chase her down to put the last one on, I understand it’s a big table so sometimes things get missed. We had 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan in our party and we were told they had menus for these requirements so asking the server, she said we could have a plain salad, or a turkey burger… she proceeded to ask me if vegetarians could eat turkey. Not great coming from the person who’s suppose to guid you through their menu. We said at this point, we would have 1 drink and leave and no manager was brought over to see what could be done, no apologises just constant excuses. When someone in our party gave her card, it then took an extra 10 minutes as the server was serving tables in between taking the payment. Overall, not a great experience, wouldn’t recommend. We ended up at chillys and had a wonderful night. Go there instead.

   Service is worst every time. They literally mistreat you. Only coming here a few times a year because the kids loves it.

   Great for kids, waitress was great and responsive but service was pretty slow- kids dinners came out quickly but adults took almost a full hour.

    We got there early for our reservation and they were able to accommodate. My husband has celiac and did a good job with his dinner being gluten free. Overall the food was not that great for the rest of us. Our server, Jasper, was nice but super slow. Took 15 -20 min to obtain a drink, he continued to ask for kids meals and apps but we weren’t interested in that. The kids meals came so much sooner than the other meals (again this was not our request) so the kids got bored and we had to entrain them. Arrived at 6:20 didn’t leave until after 8 pm. Felt like dinner could have dragged on if we didn’t start putting pressure on. The bathrooms in the restaurant were horrendous! Partly for the gross patrons leaving it that way. And secondly for the staff not emptying trash. Or attempting to do a bathroom check. One stall was even remotely able to be used. And I felt I needed to bathe in Clorox when I walked out.
