The servers and other staff were doing their best, they seem to be understaffed and made us wait 20 min with a reservation. But everyone was nice and helpful. Food was as expected for these kind of places. Overall a good experience

Long wait for the food that came out cold. I ask for a 2nd drink when the food did arrive at the table and by the time everyone one was done eating it still had not gotten to me. I had to get up and walk around to find our server who ended up at the front of the restaurant talking with another employee just to tell them to skip the second drink. The manager did come to our table without being ask to do so to apologize for the service we received and asked if there was anything he could do to make it up to us. It took me 8 years to go back to this place because of horrible service and I will not be going back again.

Demasiado lento y mal servicio, llegamos cumpliendo la reservación que teníamos para las 6:45 pm y nos sirvieron a las 8:10 pm , mala atención por parte del personal muy desatentos y no era porque el restaurante estuviera full porque hasta mesas vacías tenían y aparte en su demora no ofrecieron ni disculpas por la demora , demasiado costoso para la atención tan mala, las papas fritas y una sopa que se pidió para mi bebé demasiado salado, la costilla gorda y grasosa al igual que las hamburguesas que se pidieron. No lo recomiendo .

Es una muy buena experiencia sobre todo yendo con niños … la decoración es increíble. El servicio es bastante regular (como casi en todo Estados Unidos. Estamos mal acostumbrados al gran servicio de México). Pero estuvo muy divertido con los niños.
