Waitress forgot half our order. Never got drink refills.
My steak had to be sent back 3x. I was surprised I didnt at least get a discount. Then our sides were all messed up. For the money, it was not worth it in my opinion. Server was nice but management didnt seem concerned that the cook couldn't get the order/food right.
The service was fantastic. Very friendly staff and prompt service. The food was good, but over priced. The atmosphere is very outdated in my opinion. The animatronic animals appear to be holdovers of the Show Biz Pizza era, far beyond thier retirement years and now being denied the dignity of euthanasia, or at least a dry cleaning and blow dry. The cheetah and her cub appear to be long dead and better suited for Steven King's Pet Cemetery III.
If the overall goal of this company is to save the rain forest, I want them to succeed, obviously. I'm concerned that thier attention is more on overpriced menu options and selling expensove trinkets to thier guests and allowing the experience inch toward extinction.
took an hour and a half to get our food and an hour to even get our appetizer . my food was not advertised correctly so i had to send my food back to replace it with something else . waitress was good , but overall bad experience. food was way to expensive for the small portions their give . and food not good either . 2/10 decorations and animatronics where cool .
We had come from Indianapolis. One of the things we looked forward to on this trip was to visit the Rainforest Cafe .. which we had been to many times before .. but several years ago. The service was very poor.. had to wait for our food order to be taken, had to wait much too long to get out food and it really wasn't that busy in the cafe.. of course it took too long to get our bill and to pay .. it pretty much put a damper on the entire evening.
Wasn't busy but took a long time for food and drink. Waitress never brought refills. Bathroom dirty. Took even longer to pay the bill. Food kind of expensive
Way overpriced for the quality of food and what was available on the menu We had the Nachos as an appetizer and the chips were awful. Also had the artichoke dip and was not restaurant quality. We spent way too much money for what it’s worth. The restaurant was cool with the ambiance and animal sounds.
The coconut shrimp was amazing! Very good mixed drinks, too.
Our 1st waitress was obnoxious and very rude. We had to complain because my wife asked where rhe bathroom was and she was so annoyed to simply tell her where it was. So we had to request for a manager for a new waitress safari guide. And then she was actually good. On point and served us without hesitation brought us refills without asking and came back once on a while to check how the service was.
It was a great attraction for the younger generation. There definitely needs to be some updates. The lightening was great. But it overall needs some updates. Delicious burger tho!
Everything was great. The only exception was that our waitress kept telling us how busy she was; that they didn’t have enough people working. But we got our food in a timely fashion & everything was as ordered. Food was great.
Always a great experience but food was mediocre and high! Drinks are good but again expensive. You are for sure paying for the experience which is worth it occasionally. We went for my daughters birthday. They never did come out and sing but over all server was nice and food was decent.
The service was fantastic! Our server was right there refilling our drinks and so very nice. I just can’t say the food is that great. But the atmosphere is fun! I think everyone that works there is so very nice. I would try it again. Maybe the chef just had an off night. The fish was pretty good but they just need to season the food. If you don’t season when cooking food is just bland.
My Kids Had A Great Time, I'm Sure They'd Like To Return But Sit Closer To The Noisey Animals Lol.
The service was great. I really loved the thunderstorm part because the animals would make noise before it. My family enjoyed being there and so did I. I'm planning on come back that's for sure.
Service was poor and the food was over priced for what you got.
Food was great. Our waitress was great!!! Thank you for a great experience
Food was so much better than I expected. Cheese sticks, quesadillas, and grilled fish tacos were great. Loved the intermittent thunderstorms in the dining room. Good service. Would visit again.
Our server was so nice and the restaurant was very clean. We enjoyed the “storms”. Drinks were very pricey and very small for that price.
Always an excellent dining experience! We were there after closing and they still treated us like valued guests. Will always come back to this place, it's the best!
It was great. Once checked in we only waited a few minutes and were seated quickly.
A great unique experience, especially for young kids. The meals are expensive, but you are paying for the experience. Being able to reserve a table online was very helpful. We booked a Saturday lunch table on Friday evening with no problem. Going to the mall and putting your name in might be a different story. I heard one lady say there was a 2 hour wait. The animals seem old - they may need to budget for replacements at some point.
we had a good time grandson enjoyed food was a little pricey for what you got
First let’s start with the food. I got the steak fajitas. 1. The meat was tough. 2. The meat was dry. 3. The veggies were undercooked. 4. The tortillas were hard. 5. The rice felt old. I tried to eat my wife’s shrimp and fries. The fries were good but the breading on the shrimp felt too cake like. The adult drinks were not worth the price. The servers were good but the food left much to be desired.
Our food was cold. Steak was rare and not medium well. Had to send back twice. Asked for too shelf. Found out it wasn’t top-shelf after felt nauseated halfway through drink. Wasn’t advised they don’t have top shelf.
The food was very bland. Service was sub par. We went for the experience for our son and he enjoyed it and was quite entertained but the food was overpriced for what you got
The food choices were very limited and very expensive.
This from my 12 yr old granddaughter: a great experience!
Reservations at 6:45. Still waited 30 minutes. They need to hire more servers and fill the restaurant. We are vaccinated and want to eat out.
I had a reservation but people without one was seated ahead of us. The food is not good. I ordered the chicken fajitas and my daughter had steak. The steak was undercooked, but still tough. The chicken was not brought out with the fajita sides, so the sides had gotten cold/warm and the shells got hard. The chicken had a cheap TV dinner taste to it, but the price was high. The waitress was nice, the atmosphere and decor is awesome- reason we go, and if we had stopped at the cheese stick appetizer then we would have been a lot happier!!!!
Traveling and vacation. We love the Rainforest Cafe. This was our first experience in Nashville and it was wonderful! The kids loved it just as much as the first time we went.
Food was mediocre for the price, other than that it was a wonderful experience.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere. The whole get up was really fun. I would definitely come back. Drinks were great and the food we all had in our party were satisfied.
Great quality of food. Great place for families to have a meal. Service was excellent in a unique atmosphere
Not our best visit. There was an extremely long wait time and the food was not really up to par like it typically is.
This restaurant was Amazing!!!! My daughter loved it and we will definitely go back again! The animals were life like and the service was outstanding! Adults... you must get the strawberry margarita! Yummy!
Had a reservation and arrived 15 minutes early. The employees at the front of the restaurant appeared to be disorganized. Lots of running around. One issue was people asking for a table without a reservation. Instead of posting a sign that no seating was available without a reservation. customers waited in line just to be turned away. This diverted the employees attention from the customers who had reservations. Our reservation time came and went and no table. We left without eating there. They looked very disorganized and did not want to experience that during the meal.
Only complaint is the food is way over priced for what you get. I know you are paying for the atmosphere but food was mediocre at best.
We have eaten at Rainforest Cafe many times. The kids always like it. Our server was very nice, attentive and efficient. The friendliness of the hostess staff was minimal this visit and left is wondering when or if we would be seated even with our reservation. Once we were seated all was good.
Our appetizers were cold and very minimal for the price. The food was very disappointing quality for the prices.
