Rainforest Cafe - Opry Mills
Yummy :) great food, great service and a good atmosphere even for a date!
So we’re from Pittsburgh pa and we were in pigeon forge when I found out there was a rainforest a few hrs away I had to eat there. That was my daughter and husbands first time eating there and they loved it definitely worth the extra 3 hr drive
Good was great, service excellent, and the kids loved the atmosphere. Already planning a return visit.
The atmosphere was fun! The food and drinks were good!
Fantastic place to just experience something different. Our server was fantastic and our food was spot on. We just enjoyed the atmosphere tremendously!
Definitely higher-priced than some family friendly restaurants but you can’t beat the atmosphere! My daughter loved it!
Service is always great. 3rd time eating there and the food is delicious
Food was amazing and so was the atmosphere will come again.
You obviously go here for the atmosphere, not the food. The service was great, but I don't want to be upsold on a membership when I'm eating. You have a gift shop, do you really need to try and sell me something when I want to enjoy my meal. I find it unbelievable that the salad I bought at Wendy's which was less expensive was so much better than the one I ordered at the Rainforest. I think this is a one and done kind of place.
The food was fantastic. Everything came out quickly. The atmosphere was wonderful. This was our best experience at Rainforest. We have been several times and to different locations. We will continue to visit!
Me and my wife came for our 1st anniversary and this was our first stop for our trip. We put that it was our anniversary on the notes hoping that we might get something special. We were stuck in a corner with no light. Our waitress was very sweet and she was trying her hardest to take care of so many tables. I know it wasn’t her fault so I’m not upset about that but it was just a good experience. For the 70 dollars plus tip we paid for the food it was not up to par at all. We were very disappointed. I can’t say that when we go back to Nashville that we will ever go back there.
It was a great experience, but the food was a little pricey.
Food was decent. They forgot the salad my wife and I were to split they bought but forgot the extra plate took 10 minutes to get. Like all places they are short staffed part of Covid I guess..
Our server was OUTSTANDING. I always feel like the food is way overpriced, but it was good and you’re paying for the experience.
This a great place to eat. If you have little kids you might want to think about eating here. If you have never been there before that have animals everywhere inside and they are fake moving animals. They might scare the little one and about every thirty minutes they have a simulated thunder storm. It consists of thunder sounds rain sounds and the lights flashing. My little is 2 and he wasn't amused at all with the storm or the moving animals. The food is good and came out got but cooled of quickly because it is cold in there. I would recommend bringing a light jacket in there. They have cool cups for the kids that you can ask for and they come with little animals toys at the bottom that they can play with. And the cups have big animal head on the top and the cups are reusable.
Expensive and animals need an updating. Food is ok.
Our server was amazing. The food was ok. but we had a blast.
We reserved a table the day before our reservation thinking we would get to see everything. Instead we were sat directly in front of the door. It made us uncomfortable and we were not able to experience or see any of the inside of the forest. This was very disappointing. However, the service was great as was the meal so that is the only complaint.
Our experience was great overall. Being able to make reservations was very helpful, might not have gone otherwise.
The kids icee cups were larger than expected and so fun. We loved watching the fish in the aquariums while we were eating.
Family meal. We enjoyed the experience and food was great!
We took out a reservation and early lunch time to skip the wait. However, when we arrived 5minutes before our reservation, we had to wait another 20minutes in line to get a table. I would recommend that they have a separate line for reservations or a couple of people working the line out front to make sure people can quickly move into the restaurant. Or even processing people just before the restaurant opens. I wasn't expecting to wait in line with a reservation. And when I went up front to ask...I was told I needed to wait in line which had several people. I was expecting a bit more with the animals too...they seemed outdated but the kids loved them.
I thought the kids would like this, but really everyone did!!!!
Our waitress, CeCe, was the sweetest thing ever. Food and drinks were good but service and atmosphere out the cherry on top. Thank you!
This was a lot of fun! The statues and animatronics are well done. The aquariums are beautiful. The food was good, but a bit pricey. The staff was very friendly.
Our server was great. The appetizer was amazing. Not too much of a fan of the entree. It tasted kinda charred instead of blackened and only found one shrimp in it. Kinda disappointed. Definitely will try something different.
Our food was great as was our service!
Restaurant is as advertised. Girlfriend had never been so I talked her into going. She loved it. Only draw back is the service was a little slow. I would still go back.
We always have the best time at Rain forest café!
Server was very unsure of things when asked and very scattered , we asked the price of a drink and was told 6 and it was 11 then had to ask several times for refills and also several people came in after us and was waited on and ate and left long before us . Told her several times how to split the bill up and she still didn’t get it right
Over priced for what you get. $8.99 for 4 tiny shrimp scampi. Tiny!!!
Food is expensive for what you get. Felt run down and not worth the money
Super fun place to eat with kids. The animals are awesome and so was our server.
While the food is pricy, I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. The appetizers were FANTASTIC. We got the sampler and all of the samples were great. For dinner we got the BBQ Burger and the chicken/steak fajitas... both were "okay". Our server was fantastic, bar drinks were awesome, and ambiance was great.
Definitely paying for the atmosphere. Food sucks and is expensive
This was my first visit time visiting Rainforest Cafe. Excellent waitress and host at the front door.
I daughter wanted to go there for her birthday, but she had to send her food back. It was cold and I also didnt eat my food.
Food was good
Took my daughter and grand twins to dine in the jungle ambiance. They had on their jungle hats and had a blast. They are 3 years old. I can remember taking my daughter to the one in what was then, Downtown Disney.
We always have an amazing time at Rainforest Cafe
