I blown away, when I walked in the restaurant. The on site app do not do it justice. I will tell everyone they have to go there. I loved it.

Took my best friend here for her birthday. I was excited I had never been. The waitress basically made fun of us for choosing to come to rainforest cafe while visiting Nashville. Our table was barely inside the restaurant. We were basically sitting in the store.

We went for my son's 2nd birthday at 5:15 on a Tuesday. The restaurant was not busy but we were still sat in the back where we were unable to see any of the animals except for the elephants. Missing out on the main experience of the restaurant. The food was terrible. I ordered a turkey wrap, husband ordered ribs and my son had a cheese pizza. The wrap was soggy with too much dressing and lettuce. It overpowered the entire sandwich and I could only eat a couple bites. My husbands ribs were nothing but fat with a little bit of meat and my kids pizza was hard and was a challenge for him to eat. For almost $90 we left still hungry. The service was also not great. Our waitress seemed to not want to be there and only came to check on us once during the entire dinner. Very poor experience and we do not plan to return.

It was a great experience for our kids first time also it being my daughter’s birthday! Our waiter was very nice calm and even helped up pick out at dessert to finish off a great meal. We will be back!

The food at this restaurant was horrendous. Our waitress wanted nothing to do with us. We got the drinks, the same time as our food. Hands-down, not the atmosphere or service that you would expect for the price that you pay.

Horrible service, lack-luster food, and the servers had to sing happy birthday every five minutes. Not a fun place to eat, even with the cute scenery.

Server seemed overly stressed, not able to keep up with water refills, more sauce, and it was hard to get her attention. Very crowded today, but food came quickly and was tasty.

We checked in with our reservation and were told there were no tables available and that we could sit in the bar area. I told the receptionist that we expected to be seated in the main dining room and he managed to squeeze us in. We had a wonderful experience once we were seated. Our waitress, Jas, was wonderful and offered the children ear protection for the thunderstorms. Our food was good, but the service was exceptional!
