My son Birthday. He had a blast. Great atmosphere.
Slow service - very high prices for very average food - cocktails best part
We were seated at a dirty table, which isn’t ideal at normal times, but during a global pandemic it was extremely disappointing. We had to asked to be moved and it felt like a real inconvenience.
The server didn’t check with us that an additional $10 for a novelty cup for our kids drink was okay, and then the drink they brought out had a hole in it and leaked all over the already dirty table.
After we were moved to another table they didn’t even wipe our old table down for the next diners to sit at.
Lastly they seated other guests very close (within 6 feet) to us which showed additional disregard for the health and safety of their guests.
Waited an hour for our food, which was cold.
Made a reservation and still had to wait 20 min to get a table. Service from waiter was good but took to long to get our food. Food was over priced. The portion size was small. Menu was small. I had salmon steak and 4 grilled shrimp and my husband had half a slab of bbq ribs all came to $91.
Love rainforest! We make it a stop each time! Its amazing and so cool to see!
Freezing balls inside where all the action and scenery is. I’m dressed for 100 degrees you dummies, don’t set the temp to under 75. It actually felt like 65 inside so we sat outside in 100 degrees instead and didn’t get to see the animatronics and fun stuff.
Good place for family . Just very loud food was good . Just wish service would of been more attentive:/ .
We took our 4 year old for the first time and she loved it! We got to sit near the gorillas and it kept her entertained. The server was phenomenal and the food was exceptional. We will be back!
Overall it was a fun experience for the kids. Only complaints are how long it took for the food to come out (over 40 min) and that our server only checked on us once, never apologized for the wait or even offered a refill on our drinks. We are assuming it was a fluke since everything has been so stressful due to COVID. Otherwise, it was still fun and would likely come back in the future.
Food was amazing. Service was well it was understandable the waiter wasn't super attentive it was busy. Took a while to get a refill. Overall my daughters and I had a great experience. Definitely will be coming back.
I found the Rainforest in Las Vegas to be a great place to go and eat. The food and service were great. I loved all of the decor, it made you feel like you were actually in the Rainforest. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would give it a 10. I waqant to return there again soon!
Always love Rainforest!! Our server was friendly and quick!!
Food was great, server was amazing and courteous! Very nice guy. Host captain downstairs could be more friendly, host upstairs- did not provide the section requested (although available), instead; gave me a huge table for two guests only. Not only was it a birthday occasion and was notated on the reservation and made clear upon checking in; but- no mind was paid to the notes/request or even small talk.
Overall a 3 due to the lack of friendliness from front of the house staff.
Server was amazing though.
The waitress was rude and carelesse that spoiled the whole experience..🙄
My daughter and her girlfriend were evacuated from one of the fires in California. It was her girlfriends first time in Nevada ever. We are only an hour from vegas so decided to take her there to see the sights. And of course Rainforest Cafe is a favorite (and none near where they live anymore). It was a great meal and great service; and the tables were set up for social distancing.
Staff was very accommodating and helpful. I would come here again.
Smaller menu due to Covid, but good choices. Waitress was wonderful, so friendly and attentive.
We were there for my son’s birthday and we reserved and informed of the occasion. We were stuck in a booth away from everything and everyone. Service was awful, food was slow and no mention of a birthday was ever brought up. We wouldn’t go back to this location.
Our server, she was awesome!!!! So nice and polite!!! She did a fantastic job!!! She took very good care of us!!
The food was about equal to cafeteria food. Service took forever, and we even had to send the drinks back to the bar. Needless to say, we will NEVER go there again.
We went for my friends birthday dinner and looking at the menu prices they were kinda expensive just for a regular burger and fries but overall the experience was very enjoyable and we had a good time.
I will surely recommend it to everyone like my friends & family & whoever reads this , friendly staff & great service.
Over priced and very small compared to other rainforest cafes
Charlie was exceptional! Loved her!
Had to tell server to cover his nose with the face mask
Wanted to have a sit down meal after a long day of walking. It was perfect. Server was excellent
Birthday , didn’t know they charge for birthday cake and ice cream.. for price the food not that great .
Love the experience! Our three year old grandson did too. Food was yummy especially the volcano lava cake at the end!
This was a really cute cafe. They had animals and rain storms(no rain of course). This cafe is actually in the mall and was confusing to find if you are going for the first time. Second level.
Service was super slow. Wasn’t that busy for it to be so slow.
I had a good time fun to take the kids.
The service was OUTSTANDING!!! There was adequate space between the patrons. The ambience was great and somewhat interactive. The animal noises and decorations made my son’s birthday extremely exciting. The servers and greeters were fun, polite, and very attentive. The food was ok, but the ambience and service made the trip a “must do” if bring children to Las Vegas.
This place is really fun for the family. It’s decor is so interesting it’s like you are immersed in the jungle!
There is animation that is fun but could be a little much for toddlers
Definitely has good food. Good sized portions!
Our service started out a little rocky but did get better as the evening went on
Will be a place we will return to!
Food came out very slow and tasted bland but our server was great.
Omg Alberto is amazing!!!!! We’ve had him before going this time and every time we get him he’s as amazing!! Love how consistent he is, how lovely he is, how he speaks English AND Spanish so he was able to communicate with my family as well not just me, it was GREAT! Hopefully he’s there next time we go visit Vegas from California :)
I’ve been to the two rainforest cafes in CA and the one in Florida. They all have jungle noises or music playing. We weren’t fans of the rap or rock music that was playing at this location (felt like it took away the whole rainforest theme) we were really missing the aquariums and fishes (this location don’t have any) service was amazing. We got seated right away (we had reservations) our waiter was very friendly and attentive. If we ever find ourselves in Vegas again, we will definitely visit this place for dine in .
Very good I would go back
