My daughter was very excited to have her firework volcano for her birthday dessert.
Great service and good food. What more could you ask for.
The Rainforest Cafe is unique and a place you have to visit at least once. The food is good but a little pricey so I suggest to go online to see the menu prior to visit. No bread or chips prior to meal so if you are hungry you may want to consider a pricey appetizer.
The food is ok but the atmosphere makes it an experience, especially for kids. Our service was great also!
Had a great dinner at the Rainforest Cafe! It’s a really fun environment! Elephants, Monkeys, Thunderstorms, etc. Excellent food and service too!
The restaurant was nice for kids. The setup was beautiful, however three people at my table never received there food. We only received our drinks. The waitress never came back to see if we needed a refill needed extra napkins or anything else.
Came for my daughters birthday all the employees where really respectful, professional and made sure we where taken care of.
The service is a little slow but I understand short staff due to COVID and etc : was not a big deal as we where all enjoying each others company .
Celebrated my daughters first day of school with my family. The host and waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a more lit area because I have a little one and they helped us out with my request.
We went to celebrate a 16th birthday and they went out of their way to make it special
Great service and atmosphere just wish the menu was limited from the previous menu.
The food take to long time, more than 35 minutes, and actually it's no a great food to wait yo long
I used to come to Rainforest Cafe as a child with my family and it was great! I hadn't been in years, so when my husband and I realized we needed a dinner plan for our 6 year old's birthday we were so excited that we remembered it. It was super nostalgic and the kids loved it! The ambience, lighting, mock thunderstorms, and "animals" were so perfect and they really enjoyed the atmosphere. We were super surprised by how much the menu had grown and the food was really good. I almost couldn't believe it. Our waitress was kind and patient, but everything took a really long time. One dish came out room temperature and a little dry like it had sat under the kitchen warmer for too long, but otherwise we were happy. I am a huge rose wine fan, and what I tasted was not it. Definitely stick with non-alcoholic beverages for the parents or a regular old cocktail. The volcano birthday treat looked exactly like the picture and the birthday song was just what my little one needed to end his extra special night. It was a perfect spot for a little ones birthday dinner, and as long as the grown ups keep that in mind you'll have a great time celebrating!
So many things were not working or were out of stock. Some of the food did not show up and the appetizer was not fresh or a reasonable portion for the price.
Birthday Dinner ! Fun easy and affordable
It Was My Daughters Birthday. It Was Five Of Us In Total. I Myself Ordered The Steak Well Done “No Pink” and Halfway Threw Eating It, To My Surprise. The Steak Was Pink & Bloody. I Sent It Back To The Kitchen, Which They Tried To recook The Same Steak. I Refused & By The Time Dinner Was Done Her Comes My Steak. The Manager Tried To Make Me Pay For The New Steak, & Also For Two Small Cups Of Salsa That Was Supposed To Come With My Chips. Horrible & Never Again.
Server was great. Patient and was always available.
We had a wonderful time!! Food wears great and we will definitely be back!
Ordering took a long time & food coming out was a really long time especially with 2,4,& 5 year olds. Our food was at varying degrees of temperature, food was poor. The atmosphere is great though & our server nice.
It’s sad to see a great restaurant understaffed. Our waiter was so stressed trying to help everyone I felt bad for him. I’m turn our service was so slow. Took over an hour to get our meal. My steak was undercooked & I didn’t have time to complain. & wait for a new one. Our waiter did the best he could. Such a shame because we drove an hour to go there
I felt the food was disgusting the order wasn’t correct. I requested a special meal due to diet and the kitchen had it wrong. The only good thing was the waitress.
We love the Rainforest Cafe. It is noisy but the food was delicious and a fun atmosphere! Longer wait time for food but that was okay because we could enjoy the animals and rain storms
Wonderful time & service
Everything was great from the beginning to the end the waitress the manager so helpful and food taste amazing everything was clean ! I was in love with the place it was for my sister’s birthday what an experience first time will definitely go back especially . Omg super excited because they gave us brand new drinking cups . Everyone wearing a mask food was fast the service incredible
Excellent service, food and nice friendly attention
Our server wasn’t very attentive and kept forgetting our drinks. I think he might have been overwhelmed with too many tables. He was friendly and everyone got the correct orders. My food wasn’t hot, but everyone else’s at the table was. The kids absolutely love the atmosphere of the animals and rain storms during dinner. I appreciate that the menu has a range of items so you can order on a budget or higher end meals.
The kids loved the experience. The servers and hosts where very nice and accommodated us. The food came out pretty fast considering they where short staffed. So I do recommend making reservations ahead. Overall lovely experience
Food preparedness was the main concern. A medium cooked Hamburger is never burnt or so overcooked. Meals with sides didn't have their sides. It wouldn't have been such an issue without being overcharged so much.
Grandchildren ages 3 & 5 loved it !!! It wasn't crowded when we were there, so we were able to walk around many times to see the animals !!!
The food was great and my daughter had a great time celebrating her birthday!
Service slow even though not busy not terribly friendly appetizers came out cold.
Beautiful environment, you really have the feeling that you are inside the jungle. Definitely recommend it for kids, my only negative thing to say is that the food was not so good, but other than that I will definitely take my kids again.
The food was basic and overpriced. But we came here for the attraction, I guess. Kids meal also way overpriced for 50cent box Mac and cheese, and canned corn.
We loved the theme of the restaurant, it was pretty cool. The food was good. The waiter did his best because it looks like he was short handed so I get why it took him a while to come to our table. I felt bad because he was constantly moving and all over the place. The only bad thing about the visit, a small fly/bug was in my daughter's water. Which was pretty disgusting. I get it happens. The waiter told the manager & she comped my daughter's kids meal. Also loved they take AAA bring your card & ask. We drove an hour to go to this restaurant. I would go back again because we enjoyed the atmosphere. My cheeseburger was really good along with the onion straws on the side. Maybe make sure the ice and water area is a little bit more clean. That kinda deterred us from eating anymore.
Waitress was so nice. Manager was very attentive. My family had a really nice time
Food is good, but on a pricey side. The place looked understaffed as we had a hard time getting the server's attention, but I guess that is the new norm now unfortunately. They were very friendly though.
The staff was very energetic. The food was fast and on point. No wait and they practiced covid guidelines. I didn’t feel overwhelmed.
The overall experience was wonderful! My children truly enjoyed everything.
The only reason I can not give a 5 star rating all the way around is because of service. Our waiter was excellent but they were extremely short staffed and our food took forever to come(and hour) we understand the strain Covid has put on businesses, but the prices did not reflect the service or food! At least not at this time. We hope everything gets better over time. My family will still return, it’s a great experience for children. Thank you
Food was average, the experience was cute for kids but very overrated.
Great place to go to dinner. Even better to take the kids . They loved the ambiance .
