Rainforest is always a unique dining experience. The MOA location is smaller but still offers a fun setting for all.
Waiter was great. Hostess and front desk help were less than friendly, hard to understand with their masks on and seemed overall annoyed to have to do any part of their job.
Poor slow service. Super Unpleasant hostesses. Food was ok
You come to this place for the experience not the food. I’ve learned my lesson 3 times now. The kids love the atmosphere and I love seeing their faces but the food has always been subpar and expensive for the quality. The server was awesome though!
Doesn’t mind if you have a reservation you still have to wait a lot of time to get seated!! A part of that is a great experience to go with kids!
We were here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Server was outstanding!
We hadn't been to the rainforest Cafe since before the pandemic started. But tables were spaced out nicely. All protocols were being followed. The menu was VERY limited. I was bummed they didn't have what I already planned on ordering. Had to choose something else. Still a bit spendy but its a nice once in awhile dining trip. The waiter was overall nice. But he did forget.some of our items frequently and it was getting a bit annoying. For not as many tables being full, He sure was running around like there was a fire under him. My kids liked it there. And it was nice that they sanitized and cling wrapped the baby highchairs before they bring one if you need it.
Very few choices on the menu. Service was terrible.
Rather dark atmosphere, subpar food for the price. Experience depends where you are seated.
We had to keep asking for the drinks. The server Jeremy was attending to 3 tables all at once. The food and atmosphere were great! The wait wasn’t long either. We registered online prior.
The restaurant is nice and love that there is a thunderstorm every 20 min. Food was ok but service was not good and menu was slim and pricey p
Food is super fair-like frozen and then thawed and thrown in a fryer. The atmosphere is fun, the service was great and tables were spaced out-felt very safe. Overpriced though
We made reservations, got in on time. Food was amazing, my kids loved it!!
We had a party of 5 plus 2 infants. We made a reservation for a party of 7. When we arrived they made us split our table and we were very far from each other. They said they were only allowed to sit 6 bodies together. Meanwhile there was a party of 20 people right next to us and they sat together. When we arrived they made us put our strollers in a designated area because they are a “fire hazard”. Their manager came and talked with us and was very rude in the discussion. Service was so poor we got up and left before placing any orders or before any service was provided. Do not go to this location!
Very poor service rude and it seemed like we were the only group that got split up even though we had 6 others had 7-8
Really fun dining experience! The service and food variety make it a perfect family spot.
Was a great experience as always!! We go there every time we are at Mall of America.
Very good time spent with our grand daughter!
Great atmosphere, secluded tables. Food was marginal at best. Chicken was over cooked and dry, vegetables were not seasoned, ketchup had an odd jello like layer.
Went only for the experience of the rainforest. If it weren’t for that we would not have dined there.
Great place to eat and experience the jungle theme. Very alive place to eat😊. Great service and very family oriented.
It was great for me but my son was not impressed. I used to enjoy the pot roast but it is no longer on the menu. Servive was awesome.
Food is awesome as always! Wait staff is nice - a little slow but nice. Every time we go though prices just keep going up and they don’t have their full menu I suppose because of COVID. But it was nice to see that all the tables were spaced out very well. Felt safe and clean and was wonderful.
Extremely over priced, it’s terrible when you pay over $200 for a family of 5.
The booth we were sat at was too small for our party.
This was a great experience everything from the waiter to the food and drinks. Will most certainly be back
This is the WORST service I have ever had. We were abandoned by our waiter for 30 minutes, and I had to hunt down various staff to get our check. I asked 3 times before our check was finally brought to us. I have an 18 month old and 3 year old, so an extra 45 minutes of waiting after we are done with our food is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We will never be returning to this establishment.
Fun environment, the kids loved it. The food was good. Prices are high but I understand that we are paying for the environment.
Our waitress was impatient, rushed us and was rude
My daughter liked her burger, but my salad was the biggest disappointment ever... they literally dumped an iceberg salad mix on the plate, added canned mandarin oranges and chowmein noodles (supposed to be fried wonton strips) and put a chicken breast on top. Will not be going back
Always fun to have a night at Rainforest! Very nostalgic. I would've appreciated transparency regarding the souvenir glasses. I would've preferred an option to not buy glassware but it wasn't an option.
I like the beyond burger as a vegan option, thank you!
On vacation with my son during Spring Break
Was too noisy and the COVID stuff seemed very pick and choose
Enjoyable lunch with my granddaughter.
We Celebrate birthday dinner for my best friend’s two daughter, the service is very kind and very attentive. We told him it’s the girls birthday so he surprised both of them with a slice of cake each which is really nice of him. It’s my second time this that I dine at Rainforest cafe and I will sure comeback again.
Great wait staff!!
Service was slow. It took 15 minutes to get a server to our table. We finally had our drinks 30 minutes after being seated.
The atmosphere was excellent! The food was much more delicious than expected! Would recommend to a friend!
I took my grandchildren to lunch and they had a great time. Our waiter was excellent, it was a busy place but he made sure we were well taken care of.
Food mediocre and not many options. They make you buy souvenir glasses on every drink which racks your bill up quick and is unecessary.
The best restaurant at the mall by far! Due to the wonderful environment my children were not bored and were not on electronics at all!
