Wonderful experience! We loved the atmosphere, food, and service! My son enjoyed all the jungle animals as well.
We loved our visit to the Rainforest Cafe, first time we have been there with our children and they loved it! The atmosphere was great and the wait staff was great, only knocked it by 1 star as the hostess wasn't as "welcoming" as would expect from the first person you see. But wasn't horrible.
Good food, good tourist spot. Service was poor and hostesses up front were too busy chatting and laughing to check us in.
We went for a kiddo’s birthday party - he had a great time and the staff was so great. They brought him a little cupcake which made him feel pretty special.
Very long wait times. Waited over 30 minutes for a drink.
Perfectly made for kids and tired parents. Kids loved the ambiance parents the variety of beverages
An absolute electric experience at the Rainforest Cafe. The Rainbow Colada was top notch and everything else about the environment was awesome. First time back in a decade.
the employees, esp my server, were so sweet! we were placed in a tight space but i assume that's typical since i haven't been here in so long. the food was good
The food is acceptable, but not amazing. Prices seem a bit high. We come for the ambiance, which we love enough to keep coming back! We had a fabulous server, Jen, who checked on us often, kept our water glasses full, and provided frequent updates on the status of our food. We made reservations and were seated immediately.
It was my son’s birthday and they suggested the volcano dessert and it has a sparkler and they sing. I told her my son doesn’t like chocolate, but does like cheesecake which they have, but waitress got a big table and we never heard back about it. So we just let it go. The food took forever to come out and nothing special about the burgers that’s for sure. Fun atmosphere and that’s what you pay for.
The decor was great throughout the restaurant. However the food was overly price. I had the Anaconda Pasta but it was very bland. I know most go for the "experience" but I am more interested in the food.
Food was wonderful. I had a Guest from Thailand, and she was very impressed, and had fun. Our Waitress was not at all very professional. I paid cash, and it took her 52 minutes to bring me change for my Bill, and the Restaurant was not busy. Her service was VERY disapointing.
It was my daughters birthday. They used to be so good about allergies but they brought her things she couldn’t eat after a 45 minute wait for food she got gluten and they came out and told us they don’t have gluten free pasta…. They do. After arguing with the staff they brought the gluten free pasta that I know they have because they have a gf pasta dish. She got plain noodles that were ice cold. They sang her happy birthday with supposedly a gf birthday treat well it wasn’t. I had to tell my 4 year old she couldn’t eat it. I loved coming here and am sad to write this was our last time.
Shrimp scampi that was ordered was cold. Fried shrimp was cold
This is great experience for the whole family and surprisingly the food and drinks are excellent.
We love the novelty of the restaurant! But third time eating here and the food tastes like it’s been either sitting under a heat lamp or microwaved. My kids wouldn’t touch their food…and my shrimp tacos were mediocre at best. BUT the service was amazing! Our waitress was awesome and very attentive!
We are a family of gluten free people with one child that has celiac disease. The food was not only delicious but no one got sick after. Kudos to all of your staff. We were soooo pleased
We brought the kids here for a family funday. They loved it! The food was amazing and the service was fantastic!
Great place for a fun night, don’t go there if you’re vegan, very limited options, but they did cut up a beyond burger on the pasta for us. Amazing service from Mya 💜
I was someone disappointed in the service and meal. The food was expensive and the service was very slow. They brought my daughter the wrong meal but she at it anyway because she did not want to wait another 1/2 hour for them to fix the meal.
The French fries tasted like lemon so much of hear meal went uneaten.
On the positive side, the employees were very friendly and upbeat.
If they work on perfecting their food and the time it takes to get the food to the table I think it could be a wonderful place to eat.
Our server was incredible. She was attentive, kind, patient and overall did an excellent job.
Food was dry. It was a friends birthday. Only one server sang while others had 3-4 persons. I asked for additional sparklers and there was one. While other parties had more than one. Disappointed overall and won’t be going back - ever.
Overall this place was fantastic, but make sure to schedule a reservation at least a day ahead of time!
Great time! We were able to be seated before our reservation and that helped the hungry toddler we had with us!
We had a great server, Mya and excellent food. My daughters love eating here
The food is way overpriced. They are clearly a hot spot in the mall, and take advantage of the experience. The food was awful, both the adult and kids meals. The hostess and waitress were was nice, but I was a little confused why I couldn’t bring my infant stroller in. I reserved “the best table in the house” (that’s what they told me) and because I had my baby in a stroller, they wouldn’t let us sit there. Instead we were placed near the entrance.
I waited 25 minutes to first be greeted at my table. Then food took forever come and there was a pepper supposed to be cut up but was whole in my pasta.
Over priced food for the amount you got...........
I made reservation online and forgot to add our toddler called immediately to let them know and she said it shouldn’t matter should be fine got there she Said how many people I said 4 she said next time you need to make sure to add all people I said well I called immediately after she said oh well they would have put a note if you did I said well I did I talked to some girl she said it should be fine she said who was it I said I don’t know she never stated it . Everyone’s food was good except for my moms fish and chips the fish was so hard could barely even break it let alone chew it and the fries were barely warm but she did not want to say anything had I known I would have aid something for her .
Great fast service! Friendly people! Fun atmosphere!
Service was made to feel like we were an inconvenience to them - lots of frustrations from the server that were clearly form being overwhelmed which made us feel like we should hurry up to get out of their section. Children didn’t get their desserts with their meals after asking & we didn’t ask again because it was taking already too long for every step of the process we just wanted to get out of there.
Experience with kids is cool for sure. But the food really was not good and overpriced
Food came out 2x cold insane! Server knew it was cold as well poor!
Ordered the Iggy's Piggy Sandwich and tasted awful. Plus didn’t even had pickles nor cheese. Tasted so bad that I was unable to even eat half of it.
Long wait and they are only seating about half the restaurant, the food came out luke warm (for kids it was fine they didn’t care but adults did!), and the sound effects of the animals and soundtrack were so loud it was hard to have a conversation at your table many tables seemed to be shouting to be heard by their other members.
Food was pretty “meh” for the prices. My daughter and I ate there - we drank water, she got a flatbread appetizer, and I got fried shrimp, and our total was almost $40. I can see that we definitely paid for the ambiance.
Atmosphere was fun and the food was restaurant food. Was disappointed that my pre-teen daughters were given kids menus instead being asked what menu we wanted. Then they were given kids drinks instead of full sized beverages. We told the waiter we wanted full sized drinks, but we were charged for both.
Also they didn't have souvenirs glasses to give out... which we weren't told until the bill came. I honestly would've just gotten a coke instead of a drink.
Excellent food and amazing staff always love eating here and definitely recommend it to others
Made a reservation and got there early, so they sat us early! our waitress was AMAZING however $21.99 for chicken Alfredo is a joke! the alfredo was subpar, olive garden has much better! however my son had the kids pepperoni pizza and said it was the best pizza he had ever had. It was my second time eating there and his first, he enjoyed the theme very much. would we go again, possibly, however i will never order the sad sad pasta they call chicken alfredo
Waited an hour for food and people served before us when we got there sooner.
