I think the inside is looking dirty and dusty! The staff was great and the food good! Just like they need to take all that jungle grass and trees etc and clean them up!!

Way too many random people coming to the table while we were trying to dine wanting to do face painting and do balloons and other such things that we were not interested in and had to continually tell them we were not interested in the services. The child’s menu was good, except the food was lacking. There was very little to satisfy 10-year-olds a waiter came to the table one time and I believe that was to give us our check. The manager did come to the table a few times which was nice. I’m not sure we’re interested in visiting the restaurant again based on the value in the money spent.

It was fun to take my kid there. She loved it. Our server was hardly around and never filled my water. The hostess seemed stressed and unfriendly. Oh well. The food was good. The ambience is fun!

First time here, had a great time. Food was good , atmosphere was incredible. We got there a little late but the staff was patient with us staying a little after closing. Came back next day for the adventure ride and souvenirs.

Food was better than I remember. Service was great. Price tag was pretty much insane. I mean, it’s a place to take kids. An 18$ cheeseburger is stupid!!! And that was about a cheap as it got. We had a really good time, but it is not a good value.

Our visit was amazing for my 5 year old's birthday. They were super busy but they were friendly and efficient. My only complaint was the people who served the food. There was a girl who delivered our kids' food and she looked miserable and wasn't friendly at all. Other than that, our waitress was amazing!

The food was great !! I would dine here again. The waiter and staff was very friendly and always checked up on us. The wait for the food is about 20/25 minutes but that’s expected it’s a pretty busy place.

Great experience! Always a favorite. We were especially grateful to the river ride staff who helped our 95 year old grandmother get on the ride and have the time of her life! So helpful and kind and patient with us.

Our experience was amazing. The service was outstanding. The manager heard we were there for my daughter’s birthday and to celebrate her being 1 year cancer free so they gave us a free ride pass for our group for the ride and a free build a bear of her choosing.

For a chain, the food is what you expect. Not bad but not great. We went with our grandkids and they loved the atmosphere, ballon animals and face painting! Our 2 year old was scared at first but adjusted quickly. Overall, we would definitely bring them back!

Has a reservations for weeks before visiting. Parking is very difficult, and even with a reservation has to wait over 45 minutes for a table. About every 2 minutes a cake came out for a birthday celebration. Find for the kids but the food was over priced for the about of time and extremely noise level.
