Took the kids because we thought it would be fun for them, and I think they enjoyed it but as an adult, it was pretty miserable. The whole place was so dusty, and the restaurant was a lot smaller than some of its other locations that have since closed. The kids meal side of fruit was half a banana and 2 slices of orange and a small toaster oven sized pizza for $9.99. To be expected? Our server kept trying to upsell us on appetizers (she must have asked 3 times if we wanted apps for the table), then desserts, specialty drinks, the dining club... a photographer came by to take a picture for a free keychain but then tried to upsell on a family photo in a cardboard frame. Yikes. I don’t think we will ever go back.

The atmosphere is always cool and fun! Our sever was really busy with a large party so our attention was very minimal. Overall, it's a fun place to visit!

Great food. Wonderful service by Christy, our server! She was so fun & attentive! Atmosphere is super cool, really feels like you’re in the rainforest. Great for families. Only negative was that the restaurant was VERY HARD TO FIND! The website gives no directions or parking tips. From LV Blvd, it looks like its in the Planet Hollywood, but it’s not! You have to take the escalator up to the bridge that’s OUTSIDE of Planet Hollywood at LV Blvd & Harmon. It was really stressful to find with a big family & kids so give yourself an hour to park at Planet Hollywood and walk over before your reservation time!!!

Husband and I were there for dinner. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Husband ordered the Flounder and shrimp special. He told me that neither the flounder or shrimp had much flavor and it was very bland tasting. I had the chicken quesadilla off the appetizer menu, it was very good. In spite of his food choice we would still go back again and try something different. They offer so many different meal choices.

We mainly went for the experience for our daughter.. Food was okay.. Awesome Appetizer Adventure was better then my Jungle Turkey wrap.. My husband Trio was good. Ribs fell off the bone.. Waiter was really good.. Overall not to bad

While most other reviews say the service was slow, ours was extremely quick. However, they refused to seat us until our exact reservation time so if you show up early I would recommend just re-doing your reservation for 15 minutes earlier or just shop around in the gift shop. The ambience was awesome as expected and the food was definitely better than expected. However, as it is a themed restaurant in Las Vegas, the price was extremely steep; even steeper than the online menu claimed.

Finding the restaurant was confusing even after calling the restaurant for help. Restaurant was not very busy but it took forever to get food. Server was nice. Food was expensive and below average. Not as good as our last visit several years ago.

Drinks and food were good but nothing special. I had the country fried steak which was good but they barely give you any gravy. Eggs are lacking seasoning. Service was also subpar takes about 20 minutes to get drinks and server was no where to be found

The ambiance was nice. The server was vegetarian therefore could not recommend anything on the menu. Alcoholic beverages were water down. When the food arrived it was a big disappointment. Completely awful. Not worth $267. The best thing was the souvenir glass cup they give you on the way out. 0 stars will not recommend.

The kids loved it! The animals and storm were great. The person who made balloon animals was a big hit! Our server, Kristy (sorry if incorrect spelling), was very attentive and helpful. Rainforest always had good food.

Our server was a delight and very attentive and accommodating! The ambiance was perfect for families and of course we loved the thunder. The food looked very promising on the menu but fell short in reality. Plating was nicely done but the steak was chewy and the salmon over cooked. They didn’t ask how we wanted the salmon done. The coconut shrimp was oily and over fried. The beretta cheese was extremely tough and chewy, inedible actually:( The veggies were delicious though! We didn’t complain because we didn’t want the hassle of sending anything back (I hate doing that to the staff!) and I don’t think they could have changed much. Tipped well because our server deserved it, I don’t think we will try this location again.

Terrible. Service was almost nonexistent, and McDonalds serves better meals. Seriously. Sure super cool decor, but that is all you are paying for as we left full plates (and waiter didn’t even question - but he was pretty MIA anyways) and ended up eating elsewhere.

Very expensive for what you get. They take a picture of you when you get there and give your a “free” keychain for the photo to go into. Then later during your meal the person shows up with it, then try’s to sell you additional photos already printed out and framed!! If ever meal wasn’t already over $30 that would be bad. But it is. Just remember this place isn’t listed as a restaurant, it’s entertainment. Which means the same rules don’t apply.

We waited almost an hour to get seated because of some mix up with a previous party. I felt they should have taken that party aside and seated the rest of us who were waiting. Food took a while to get to our table too so I’m not sure if the kitchen and staff were not prepared that day. The food was great tho! And the drinks were delicious, they gave us complimentary glasses to take home as well which was a nice touch!

Great experience! It was my daughter’s birthday and they prepared for us the table that I asked for and some gadgets to celebrate! Food was delicious and the staff sang a birthday song for Asia with the cake (the famous Vulcano!) Strongly suggested!!

Great place to go with kids and it is decently priced. Food was pretty good to. We got steak, shrimp, pasta and pizza. The only small complaint I have is my steak was a little over done and a little dry. But I ate it all. It was pretty good.
