Sat on patio. Lovely visit
Great service, atmosphere and fun! Clean space, larger space than pictures show
Excellent food and service. However, we ate outside and on two chairs and the ground below them, there was an abundance of old French fries...rather disgusting.
The atmosphere is hip and welcoming. Our appetizers were terrific (Brussels sprouts w/ bacon and shoshito peppers); the lobster roll was good and my spouse said his burger was good / decent. We went on a Tuesday night.
I had a working lunch here and the service and food were great.
We sat outside and it was calm and quiet. The server is was very attentive and the food was great!
Down right delicious!!
We enjoyed the restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere was very good.
Great food and great service.
Always wonderful drinks and good service. Accommodating with dietary needs. Great for larger groups or casual dining.
Could work on small details that add to experience. Manager came by and asked other tables including ours on how things were going. When we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, thanked us for celebrating with them. No trace of anything special done. No acknowledge by the server, writing on the desserts etc. Was also noted on our reservation.
Not many vegetarian options especially for the sandwiches.
Cocktails were wonderful as was the service.
We had a very nice lunch on the outdoor patio. The food was very good, as always, in particular the salads and the lobster rolls. It was a bit noisy because of the construction across the street but not too bothersome.
Awesome food, such a cool interior! Would definitely go back!
Love the Rail Stop. Food is fresh and delicious. The servers are friendly. The location is great for the area. Oh, and get the fries!!
A first trip out for a bunch of coworkers. Service was exceptional, presentation of drinks and food was outstanding. We sat outside and even with foot traffic we were able to converse without an issue.
The food at Rail Stop was great. This was a good environment for a lunch meeting with lots of meal choices/options. There was both indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. Our server took a while, but we were there during prime lunch hours and it was apparent that there was a huge lunch rush just as we arrived. Everyone seemed to sit down and order right at the same time so I couldn't blame it on the server. I'd definitely go back.
Great meal, great service! Taylor was fantastic, very attentive and always there when we needed something! Will definitely be back soon!
Evy dish was delicious. Highly recommend the arancini!
Menu looked diverse. Seemed to be such a variety. Portions were small and were lukewarm. Drinks were fine and not watered down. Server was very quiet . Plenty of all fresco seating so not rushed.
Our server was very good. Service was very good and server had a nice sense of humor.
Our experience at Rail Stop was phenomenal! The food was delicious, and the waitstaff, as well as the manager, were all delightful. They are attentive, energetic, and very detail oriented. Hard working crew. I cannot wait to dine here again in the near future. Keep up the great work!
Fantastic place to go for any occasion. Beautiful place, nice people and excellent food.
Went for $1 oysters and was not disappointed! Welcoming staff and very clean restaurant. Will definitely return!
Great food, excellent service & a terrific Bloody Mary
Great bar, spacious, elegant. Knowledgeable and friendly bartenders. Made a fantastic old fashioned and changed a channel on the TV screen in front of us, made for a very enjoyable dinner at the bar.
Been to Railstop multiple times, but latest experience was disappointing. Took 25 minutes after ordering drinks for them to arrive. Server kept asking us if we wanted to order, and despite saying we’d wait until drinks arrived, he asked at least three times. Drinks arrived and we ordered. Appetizer came out within 10 minutes and entrees soon hereafter. Server never came back to see how our food was except when clearing the table. Food was so-so: Risotto was bland and entree salad had too much dressing. Only about 10 tables were occupied and only 5 or 6 at bar, so they weren’t that busy. No one said thank you on the way out.
The Lobster Roll at *Market Price seemed a bit pricey at $33. Other than that was yummy with fast service.
It was great to be back here! The staff were wearing masks. The food and service were as good as ever. The cocktail menu continues to have many tempting options. This is a great place to meet up with friends.
Really great service and food
There are high prices. But they also have cheaper options.brought my parents here and they LOVED it
The ambience and place were exquisite. But the food really wasn’t all that great. We went for brunch and I got the steak and eggs, would rate 2/5. The steak wasn’t delicious and the potatoes you could taste were boiled and super hard. My family also didn’t love what they ordered but the place itself is really beautiful.
My third time at Railstop and I am never disappointed with that service or food.
Food and service were excellent! This restaurant is a standout in Allston/Brighton!
This is a fantastic spot all around: the food is phenomenal, the space is chic and the staff is incredibly accommodating.
Drinks and dessert were great. Prime Rib special did not seem to be prime rib!
Beautiful restaurant well staffed with knowledgeable and attentive staff. Food variety was excellent as was presentation, but mist items were over cooked. I had Statler Chicken which appeared to have been cooked in advance and warmed and served.
Great outdoor meal w family. Seafood dishes here are always on point, fantastic drink menu
