Great food. At first the service was a bit slow, but once our server arrived it was great. Food was delicious!
Wait time to be served was long. Food looked appetizing and came fairly quickly. Sliders were good a bit pink in the middle. Pizza no real flavor wondered if there was sauce? Ribs very fatty, smoked nice but no real meat. Mashed potatoes very bland but nicely presented. Never checked on by waitress. A manager came by and asked how food was and told him the truth, service by, food subpar. All he said was we will get you're bill. They the table was completely cleared and still waited for bill. Called the next day to speak to Manager but restaurant closed. Spoke w/Blake Beverage Mngr; appreciated his offer of fre coffee and took my name for GM to call me later.
We are huge Raider fans and this experience was one of a kind. The food was amazing and the server was very attentive. I would have loved to have seen a Raider player but this was close of experience we got and it was perfect.
Great place and I’ll will come back next time I’m in Vegas.
This restaurant has been open for only two weeks, so I hope they're just working out the kinks. If not, this is not the place to be. There were many issues (three guests):
1. Ordered two waters and one iced tea - staff brought two iced teas and one water.
2. Staff tried to serve a salad we didn't order.
3. We ordered potato skins with ranch - were served skins with sour cream, which was placed on the skins and not on the side.
4. Ordered one beer, and then had to ask again after ten minutes or so had elapsed without the beer being served.
5. Two of us ordered a club sandwich to split. The entire sandwich was served on one plate. We had to ask for another plate.
6. We ordered the California Club without avocado - it wasn't served with avocado, but it was clear from the green stain on the bread that the avocado had been put on the sandwich and then removed, leaving a residue. Not a big deal - unless you're allergic to avocado.
7. The club was almost completely dry, nearly no mayo. The server didn't come back to check on us until we were halfway finished - no point in asking for mayo then.
8. The club is supposed to come with Swiss cheese, but there was no cheese on our sandwich.
9. There were two main people serving us, which made it difficult to know who our server was. I still don't know. And having two people didn't improve the service.
10. On a side note, there are garlic fries on the menu; however, they should be listed as garlic parmesan since that's what they really are.
Our waiter was welcoming, funny and tended to our needs.
Service was good, no complaints there. Food was just OK. Nothing special. It’s a little pricey but to be expected. If I never went back I wouldn’t be missing out but I’m not opposed to going back again either if someone visiting from out of town wanted me to take them. It was good but not fabulous.
Server was not attentive, we had to ask for drinks and condiments a few times. The table next to us received their drinks, but we never received our 2nd round of drinks. The food is overpriced, food was Luke warm. The overall restaurant is very nice. We noticed the bar servers were very good. If we come back, we would sit at the bar.
Food was ok at best. Nothing to brag about. Overall it’s just another restaurant that’s over priced using the Raiders name to draw you in.
Very nice and pleasant!! Try the fried pickles 😋
First time ordering. Asian Chicken salad, shrimp linguini, half rack bbq ribs were ok, but probably will not order again.
Restaurant was great only complaint i have is that everything on the menu is a la cart kind of annoying to have to purchase my dinner items separately.
Nice place. Food was great. Reservations recommended
Great tasting food and awesome service. Love the Raiders theme
First time visiting. Sorry to say we will not be returning. Food was not good... cafeteria style food. We had a chicken sandwich and chicken wrap along with some garlic fries. Couldn’t wait to try the place out- giving the name Raiders backing it. They need to do some souls searching.... come up with some unique raider names behind the food and get some real chefs in there. I’m so disappointed that we wasted our day waiting for one of the few open reservation spots we could get on open table. Pretty sure whoever visits this place will be “ A One And Done “
Don’t like to bad mouth any place.... but maybe enough people will and they will fix it. Beautiful place... just need to fix the menu. Need someone in there with a creative mind.
Very nice place definitely will go back and recommend
EVERYTHING WAS BOMBA ... GO RAIDERS!!!
Amazing time waiter Alex was awesome
Food and drinks were awesome, I we’ll definitely come back .
It was awesome, we felt very welcomed. Food was great, prices were fair. I forgot to mention my 2 kid's were there and they liked it as well. Thanks so much for having us, Raquel Jayme ( Visiting from Colorado, and we can't wait to come back )
The place is new, we knew that. From the start at the hostess stand to the wait staff - all were rude and uninterested in the customers. It took 23 minutes from ordering a drink to actually received it. Another 20 minutes to have our dinner order taken. You get the point. 4 of us ordered 4 different things, none of us ate much at all with the exception of the french fries (which were good) but the rest of our meals were disappointing. Seems very disorganized and poorly ran. Too bad - we won't go back.
The food was great, the service was okay..the ambiance was terrible. As raiders fans we expected more but felt like we walked into a buffalo wild wings when we got there. No memorabilia, hardly any Raiders decor or signed items from players or hall of famers. Nothing about this place was special. Not to mention google maps takes you to the middle of literally nowhere. If this felt like an actual "Raiders" bar and restaurant we'd surely come back but we travelled from Kansas City to see what was in total a huge let down.
Server was not very friendly or efficient. Constantly had to ask for utensils, napkins, condiments for our food, drinks, to go boxes, bags etc. Bus boy should have his job he was way more on top of everything. It was a terrible experience with the server. Over priced hamburgers!!
Beautiful place food drinks and appetizers delicious my server was very tentative
Food was great and the waiters had a great Attitude. Simply loved it. 😍 Thank you..... Raiders 4Life
Great place great service great people.
I was celebrating my 57th birthday. Very nice very clean. Lots of tv's to watch all sports. Looking forward ti football season.
Food was great for price point and portions were very reasonable for the price.
It was great. Food was better than we expected. In fact it was quite good. The service was terrific. Tony and A.J. could not have been nicer.
Can’t wait for GameDay dining.
We have eaten at the M casino many times. This new restaurant is nothing special and their prices have increased substantially. I had the Asian chicken salad that tasted more like coleslaw and in a smaller portion than Burger and Brew. I hate that their restaurants have gone paperless. You either scan in a barcode and set up an account which I refuse to do to see the menu or wait for their ipad with a menu on it. NO Bueno! We are in no rush to return.
I had the cajun shrimp and cheesy grits they were excellent my friend had the salmon which he enjoyed and my spouse had the pulled pork. It too was tasty. Servers were attentive
Bad food. Nothing was good. Service sucked. Over priced. Made my stomach hurt.
Don't order the ribs, you may break a tooth. Everything else was very good.
Staff was super helpful, attentive, and friendly. Food was delicious. Restaurant had great atmosphere.
Our rating is based on the understanding it's has only been opened for 3 weeks. We had 3 different entrees ordered, BBQ pork ribs (they were overcooked and burnt and too hard to bite into) this was exchanged for the roast chicken which was very good but the brussels sprouts were way too salty, braised short ribs was very good, but served warm and the shrimp linguini was good, but needed some seasoning kind of bland. The house salad was very good the lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes were fresh! We will definitely be back to try again! Service was excellent!!!
Was not impressed with atmosphere. Food:. 5 of us, Let's just say the onion rings and cocktails were good
Service:. Although she was wonderful,. We didn't see her for some time and very rarely. I'm thinking understaffed.
I would wait till they work out the bugs.
The food was good and the service was good and we wanted to visit and see what it was all about but probably won’t be going back. It was so loud and noisy we couldn’t even talk among ourselves, but we can say we’ve been there
Needed more of the Raiders theme.
Awful - awful - awful!! The service was bad - had to wait almost 30 minutes for food to arrive which incidentally got to the table cold. Had to send back. The food was definitely NOT the quality of other M restaurants - notably the Pasta Bar and Anthony's. As an example, the bbq sauce for the ribs was chili with beans - as though I wouldn't notice the difference. The noise level made it impossible to have a conversation which would probably work well at a football game - definitely not conducive for a civilized lunch date. A BIG disappointment after the big brouhaha the M put forth prior to the opening. There is no way I would embarrass myself by recommending this restaurant to friends!!
