   I try to get to Ragazzi whenever I visit Green Valley. Although the staff's no longer Italian, the food and attention to courteous service still has that quality. Italian classics on menu ( the minestrone's made from scratch, too), freshly shaved parmesan offered, and the music's old school Italiano, too. Quite a lovely experience.

   Thought making a reservation for dinner on Open Table would help my chances of getting a good table. NOT! Seated across from service station and restrooms. Food was good and we liked the menu selections. Waiters kept changing so never really knew if we had a dedicated one. A waiter brought me an extra glass of wine and poured it into my empty glass. I told him I didn't order it. He told me I could buy it or it would be taken away (and thrown out)! Although throwing out a glass of wine bothered me, I declined. Our meals were very Good! I will try lunch there to see if the value is better ( and the service).

   We had an excellent meal and overall experience at this little gem! The service was excellent and the food delicious. There were 7 in our party and everyone had something different and everyone loved their meals! The hostess and waiters were friendly and efficient! Will definitely return.

   Booked too many people on New Year's Eve, causing major delay in seating people. But, once seated , the food is fabulous.

   Our reservation was not honored on New Year's Eve. They had ridiculously overbooked. It became obvious that our party would never be seated when it turned out some idiot who was actually just a customer took over the reservation list and wouldn't let anyone see it. This was our wedding anniversary and we wanted to celebrate with our adult children whom we were visiting. I have never witnessed such poor management and have never been treated so rudely at any restaurant. It is my opinion that this restaurant should be barred from using the Open Table system.

   Love the food and ambiance! Best Italian food in Green Valley! However, our fabulous server apparently went home near the end of our meal. We had to get up and find someone to take our dessert order and bring us the check!
