This place is a gem! Recently had dinner there, our waitress was fabulous. My husband had the bison short rib, delicious and tender. I had the halibut special. Fish was light and flaky with an incredible caper sauce and homemade pasta. We finished our meal with a dreamy dessert special, chocolate hazelnut something. I can't remember the name, but the flavor was divine! I sure hope we will make it back to Donnelly for dinner again soon.

This is a nice family-friendly place with a good reputation, but I was very disappointed. We had a reservation but were seated facing the kitchen and bathroom. The appetizer, fried artichoke, hadn't been trimmed right. The tough leaves were left on and the "choke" was still attached; it was impossible to eat. The dessert of cannoli was awful. The pastry shells were tough and rancid. The main course of chicken parmesan and the salad were delicious. The service was very good.

Terry, our server, is the best. She makes one feel at home at Ragazza. The food is superb. We were a foursome ordering four different items on the menu. They were all five star. It’s our favorite restaurant in the area. We will be back.

The best McCall area dining experience. The mostly scratch/home-made food was delicious and beautifully presented. Salmon dinner & shrimp spaghetti were outstanding. We also shared a chopped salad. Ingredients were fresh and vinaigrette was so flavorful. Also ordered the house focaccia bread which was warm & a bit crusty on outside. Came w three spreads. The best we’ve had. No Italian dinner is complete w/o Tiramisu. This one has a beautiful presentation with rolled chocolate pieces and coffee beans and tasted wonderful. We had outstanding and attentive, friendly service by Julie. Never felt rushed or like we were waiting for next course. It was all perfect. ***** The short drive from McCall to Donnelly to visit Ragazza di Bufalo is well worth it. Highly recommend!

Six of us had a wonderful experience at Ragazza Di Bufalo last night. We had the Lobster Linguini, the short ribs and the entree with fig-huckleberry sauce. Each couple split the salad of their choice, which was a good idea, because even the splits were generous portions. For dessert we had vanilla gelato and tiramisu. We had a delightful time, enjoyed the food, and the service was excellent and attentive. It was our first time here and we will be back often!

We had a dinner party of four and one of the dishes ordered was the wrong plate. Server took the plate although they left the other two and just didn't come back. Us three waited for them to return with the fourth plate to eat together and finally after about five minutes we just decided to eat as we didn't want our food to get cold. No one every explained what happened, apologized, or gave an update. The fourth person's dinner arrived when we were all done eating and the server just place the plate down and never said a word. Not what I would expect from a restaurant that charges $40 a plate.

It’s always a treat having dinner here. The food is fresh, sauces and pasta are made from scratch and delicious. I recommend the scallops. They are huge and cooked perfectly. The service is outstanding as is the atmosphere. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful restaurant in Valley Co.

Ragazza Di Bufalo is one of our favorites for a reason! We love coming here for special occasions when we are in Donnelly. The food is outstanding, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Don't forget to make your reservation though, as they are a small restaurant that can quickly fill up. I usually get the mushroom raviolis in a light cream sauce, and my husband likes to try something new. This time it was the braised beef over a truffle mac and cheese. Holy moly, what a treat! The beef practically melted into the mac and cheese for an absurdly, deliciously decadent dish, wow! We split desserts as well and enjoyed a lovely tiramisu and a lemon meringue, with the latter being one to write home about. My gracious, the chef packed the flavor of an entire pie into a small, bite-sized pastry! We tell all of our friends that this restaurant is absolutely worth it, and we will be back!

Visiting McCall and heard this was the best restaurant ever. We decided to check it out for ourselves and had a great experience. Lasagne was outstanding and a good portion which was plenty to share with my wife. Don’t forget to leave enough room for desert.

The entire waitstaff is exceptional. If you want an astounding experience with fantastic food this is the place to visit! The selection of wine is diverse, our waiter Skip was knowledgeable about their selection and pairings and was always nearby when we had questions.

This restaurant instantly became a favorite after our first visit. Make sure you plan ahead and make a reservation as they are very popular. The mushroom ravioli was my favorite. We also ordered the lobster linguini and the buffalo lasagna to share with the table alongside our bottle of wine. All were fantastic. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Our server, Jacob, was great!

Second time eating here. Very good food. Nice ambiance inside. Although public seating was limited to outside, this time, as there was a wedding reception inside. Nice upscale surprise of a place for the mountain town of Donnelly. Highly recommend trying it. My favorite is the lasagna. Only negative was how costly the fish was for the portion size. Wait staff very friendly. You gotta try it at least once. Make a reservation well in advance is my recommendation. Will be back for sure 👍👍
