   Wednesday night, restaurant wasn't busy, but we had reservations anyway. The chef came out and spoke to us. My wife is on Keto and he suggested GF, low carb pasta that he made. Very impressive! There was a musician doing older tunes, very appropriate for the ambiance. A great experience!

   I had been looking forward to trying Ragazza since it opened in Caldwell, I can say I now have & no reason to go back. I had Bison Lasagna & part of the bison was dry & crispy on the outside like it was leftovers. My husband had Spaghetti with Meatballs, no flavor to meatballs. Another at our table had Shrimp Scampi & the noodles were clumped together. We were charged extra for salads we didn't order, portions were small & service was slow.

   It was a great experience. The food was good and portions were big. Servers were very acomidating and very knowledgeable,and helped with all questions that we had. And they were happy to do special requests. Highly recommended this place, we will be coming back another time.

    We had a very enjoyable meal. The food itself was excellent. The staff was fun and engaging, which always adds to the evening. We also really enjoyed the entertainer that played that evening during dinner time. We’ll be back on a regular basis.

    Great service, very relaxed atmosphere the night I went in they had live music going on very sweet, enjoyable. Food was good, I've only been there once but it would be a nice change to eat at again and the place was easy to find in Caldwell Idaho, I would recommend this place for a romantic get out or a group of people.

    Chopped salad was very good with olives and salami. Bison tomahawk was very good ordered medium rare and only the middle was medium rare remainder was medium. The Taragon Demi was fantastic.

    Food was great as usual last night. But the service was a little lacking. Our waitress was slow to respond to everything and even show up. Little lacking for a quiet Thursday night. Music might have been a little loud for such a quiet place too last night.

    The place is specially a date night event. Service was amazing, didnt have to ever ask for anything it was there. They had a full bar, which I wasnt expecting due to it only mentions wine and beer on the internet. The food was good we had the calamari to start, came fast hot and Great! Our dinner was shortly behind it and was good. I love the buffalo/ Sausage Lasagne

    The service was great and the food was excellent. I tried things I have never had before such as anchovies on my Cesar Salad. They had baguettes while you waited for your food and the food came out promptly after ordering and was hot when served. Wonderful place to go for a night out.

    After hearing from a neighbor in Eagle about their great experience, I decided to make reservations for my wife and myself. I made the reservations on OpenTable and had a choice between a Fixed Price menu (which I couldn't see) and A la Carte. I chose the later. Unfortunately when we got to the restaurant we were seated at a table with the Fixed Price menu. When a waitress finally got to us I asked for an A la Carte menu. She gave me a weird look and then returned with it. 5 minutes later when she came back we asked to order the lasagna and she said no we couldn't order from that menu. Apparently on Tuesday's once a month you can only order from the Fixed Price menu. Why not tell us that in advance before we drove 35 minutes to get to the restaurant? And why give us a menu that we couldn't use and then wait 5 minutes to tell us we couldn't order from it? Not a great first experience with the restaurant. In some ways it felt like a classic "bait and switch", but maybe it is just bad communication between Open Table and Ragazza or a limitation in the software where they couldn't turn off A la carte. As my wife and I don't drink, the Fixed Price menu (which is $55/person and has a lot of wine) didn't appeal to us, so we left. Note - In order to leave a review on OpenTable I had to choose a rating for all aspects of the restaurant including the food, even though in this case it was N/A. I rated the food good, but I don't know since I never tried it. Word to potential future customers - if you're going to eat there on a Tuesday, and want to pick and choose what you want off a menu, call the restaurant first to make sure they aren't doing their monthly Fixed Price event.

    Ragazza Di Bufalo was a pleasant surprise. It was our first visit, but will not be our last. The food was excellent, great wine list, and service by Leslie great! I had the lamb shank and my husband had the Buffalo lasagna...both excellent. I highly recommend!

    Second time here and I'm glad I gave this place a 2nd chance. 1st time I wasn't impressed and a lot was left to be desired. But my wife and I went for a 2nd time last night and I was blown away. Started with some fantastic fresh, not overcooked or mushy calamari, then I had the lasagna! I highly recommend it! Best ever! And to finish off dinner with an amazing piece of apricot cheesecake was awesome. Tasted like one of those creamsicles and instantly took me back to the old days at the ice cream truck. We'll be back soon for sure!!! Appreciate the great service and openness of our waiter to tell us more about each dish.

    We've eaten there several times. The only point that could have been better, is service was a bit slow. Not sure if it was because they were busy (which they were), or understaffed (I think), which most restaurants seem to be suffering from. The food was excellent, the drink choice recommended from the waiter was excellent and the cost was reasonable for the amount and quality. The waiter was busy, but attentive as he could be. I truly enjoy the food from this restaurant.
