Join us at Raf's for a specially-designed lunch menu for NYC Restaurant Week! Choose between a two or three course menu. First Course (choose one): Tuna Tartare with Chilies, Mint, Lemon, Baguette; Oysters on the Half Shell with Green Peppercorn Mignonette; Green Market Crudite with Bagna Cauda. Second Course (choose one): Rigatoni with Pork Ragu, Spring Onion, Bianco Sardo; Dry-Aged Beef Burger with Gruyère, Tarragon Aioli, Capers, Sesame Roll; Salad Niçoise with Little Gem, Yellowfin Tuna, Soft Boiled Egg, New Potato, Olives. Dessert (choose one): Yogurt Panna Cotta with Blackberry Basil Granita; Strawberry Crème Brûlée. The menu is priced at $30 for two courses or $45 for three, exclusive of tax and gratuity, with beverage on consumption.

The food was delicious. We had the 1/2 chicken, the Mafaldine pasta and the braised leeks. The restaurant had a nice vibe. It is loud but you can still have a conversation. I found both our waitress and the sommelier helpful, professional. I received a text from the restaurant to let me know that our reserved table might not be ready on time, so I was able to arrive a bit late and not have to stand around waiting for the table to turn over. I will definitely be back.

Raf's is tucked away on Elizabeth Street just north of Houston. Very easy to miss. I have heard good things so reserved a table for 5pm dinner with a friend on Saturday evening. Restaurant filled up quickly with diners. Service was friendly and attentive. I had the crab and corn ravioli which was so delicious. We shared a little gem salad and the arancini. Portions are not huge, which is fine for me. We finished with the budino for dessert. All was delicious. Will definitely go back.

Overall food presentation, service and ambience was very good. Food had some little mishaps: Agnolotti sauce was overly oily and the roast chicken was somewhat dry.

We were sat at one of the two tables in the middle of the restaurant, within a few minutes of seating we asked to move. Myself and my brunch partner had been run into half a dozen times already. Once we were tucked into a half booth seat, it was much better. Brunch food was ok, Service was very on point. Overall not bad.
