Chef’s Table is located right in front of the kitchen. It offers a lively, immersive experience where you can watch the chefs in action and interact with them during your meal. Brick Room is a cozy, classic space surrounded by 150-year-old brick walls—perfect for a quieter, more relaxed dining experience where you can enjoy conversation in a warm setting. ****Our Tasting Menu**** is a seasonal multi-course experience, designed to showcase the creativity of our kitchen and the best of the season’s bounty. Please note: our menu is micro-seasonal and may change based on ingredient availability and inspiration. If you’d like to see the most up-to-date menu, feel free to check our Instagram or give us a call a few days before your visit. ****Allergies and preferences**** Please let us know in advance about any allergies or dietary restrictions.     We were very happy to try out this new place so close to opening day. The service was a noticeable high level and it's usually not the main reason to go to a place but everyone from the owners, the sommelier and the server were spot on. With that out of the way we had the tasting menu and the wine pairing. It's subtle but we love the pacing of the meal and the changes in texture and umami between dishes. Building up nicely with appreciated hits of flavors and finishing with a really nice light dessert. Standouts were the two pasta dishes for me and my partner loved the protein (duck and fish) dishes. We love the simple plating and not worrying too much about making dishes for social media only. Value is hard to find at this level and we can only compare to other "chef's choice" meals in the past years. Different meals, different countries and different cost of doing business. For a Toronto west end restaurant they are spot on for the quality given. You do not feel they held back giving you a good meal with top ingredients but more importantly handling them really well. I think as time goes on the price will need to creep up to maintain the standards they are starting so high with. Word will catch onto this place that appears to be using soft marketing. But given the star guest diners we caught a glimpse coming in after us, I'm sure this place with grow into something special. We're already planning to return to just enjoy their pastas a la carte as my daughter would love it.
