T2D Concepts, the purpose-driven hospitality group led by chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley, has cooked up its latest concept, Radici Wood-Fired Grill. Meaning “roots” in Italian, Radici draws inspiration from Tiffany's early experiences in Italian restaurants, Tom's maternal heritage, and both Tiffany and Tom's travels through Italy. The menu changes based on seasonal availability and centers around meats and vegetables prepared in a wood-fired grill and a selection of fresh pastas made daily.

Both the food and the service were Incredible! Our server Maddie was attentive, and we were also impressed with the entire team. Everything from the drinks to the entrees was delicious and bright. This dinner was the perfect anniversary celebration. We will definitely be back.

We’ve been here twice and had the same experience both times. The staff are so accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I can’t even begin to describe how good the food is. A plus is I get to fangirl over Tiffany Derry when she’s in house like she was for Easter brunch today.

It was a nice surprise to see Chef Tiffany in the kitchen on Easter Sunday! Our meal was great and our server Clark and Tom the manager were very friendly and welcoming. The staff is well trained and attentive. Good was exceptional. We will be back!

Excellent service and great food. Our meal was perfectly cooked from start to finish. We shared the tomato bruschetta and fried squash blossom for antipasti. We shared the cacio e pepe agnolotti which were divine. The entrees (chicken parm, fried eggplant, wagyu skirt steak, and pork chops) were seasoned to perfection. The pistachio olive oil cake was a nice, light way to close out the meal.
