T2D Concepts, the purpose-driven hospitality group led by chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley, has cooked up its latest concept, Radici Wood-Fired Grill. Meaning “roots” in Italian, Radici draws inspiration from Tiffany's early experiences in Italian restaurants, Tom's maternal heritage, and both Tiffany and Tom's travels through Italy. The menu changes based on seasonal availability and centers around meats and vegetables prepared in a wood-fired grill and a selection of fresh pastas made daily.

For Tom, one of the founders of Radici, he remembers enjoying the food-filled, conversation-filled Sundays, sitting around the table, laughing, sharing experiences, and enjoying each other's company. And his mom, in the Italian tradition, served food as if she "was feeding an army." Join us on the first Sunday of every month. Our Chefs will serve varied dishes for you to enjoy. This is one seating—we call you to supper at 5:30 PM—to relax in a warm, communal atmosphere where we will share food, stories, and laughter with friends, family, and guests who might just become new friends!

    A Transcendent Experience at Radici’s Chef’s Table Dining at Radici’s Chef’s Table is not simply a meal—it is an immersive journey through flavor, culture, and culinary mastery. From the moment we were seated, every detail of the experience was meticulously curated, and the service was nothing short of extraordinary. The entire staff moved with warmth and intention, making us feel both honored and at home. But the true centerpiece of the evening was Chef Ivana, whose presence and passion elevated every course. Her explanation of each dish revealed the depth of thought, craft, and story behind the ingredients. Every plate was a chapter in a beautifully told narrative—but one dish in particular left a permanent mark on my culinary memory: the burrata salad. It was, without exaggeration, the single best dish I have tasted anywhere. The first bite was a revelation, second only to the uni spoon amuse bouche at Uni in Boston—an impossible benchmark that it nearly dethroned. While “Shef” Tiffany Derry may have envisioned this elevated expression of Italian soul and Southern flair, it is Chef Ivana who brings that vision to life with the precision and reverence of a sacred savant. Each course was a testament to discipline, intuition, and joy—proving that food, when done this thoughtfully, becomes high art. Radici’s Chef’s Table isn’t just a place to eat; it’s where one goes to feel. To be inspired. To understand what dining was always meant to be.

    The food and service were amazing at Radici! Our group shared many of the dishes, and everything was delicious. I ordered the halibut, and the sauce was a perfect pairing with the fish. We had both the tiramisu and the pistachio olive oil cake, and both were fabulous! The service was also great. We love all of Chef Tiffany Derry's and Tom Foley's restaurants!

    Everything we ate tonight was perfection! Such a fun and special experience. Everyone made us feel so special while feeding us the best food we have eaten in a long time. The perfect way to start off my 50th year!

    Great evening experience at Radici in Farmers Branch. Maddie ♥ took great care of our table and made solid dining recommendations! Bartenders are at the top of their game & cocktails were wonderful. The vibe is so comfortable. We love ♥ that Chef Tiffany Derry has chosen Farmers Branch for this restaurant and also for her Roots Southern Kitchen - another complete GEM of a restaurant with fantastic food & also with outstanding bar service.
