   So glad to finally try Radici now that there is one in Grand Prairie. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, the service was great, and the food was delicious. I am a big fan.

   The restaurant is beautiful. Chef Tiffany was actually there. Few things: it was freezing in there. We ordered bread for the table which wasn’t complimentary given they charge you a cc fee if you use your debit or credit card to pay. The bread was focaccia and it was drenched in oil. Which made it slightly rubbery textured and not a pleasant taste the garlic on it wasn’t already smashed. It wasn’t roasted enough to make it spreadable. The food came out warm not hot. There were only a few tables there. Less than 12 ppl collectively being served. The food is good! I had the lasagna Bianca which could have had sauce with it. It had a great flavor but was very dry. The white bean soup had good flavor but had soooo much olive oil in it, it was almost unpleasant. The beans weren’t cooked completely through. Drinks were great. My friends enjoyed their seafood dishes. We give this place a 6/10.

   The new location, and new spring menu are amazing. Our server recommended the fried squash blossoms, which we had never tried before and they were yummy. A new favorite, we will definitely order them again. The staff as always was great, very attentive. Chef Tiffany, and Chef Teddy did their thing in the kitchen all the food was so delicious…left full, and happy.

   The entrees are served family style as they are large portions. Everything was fabulous. AND Chef Tiffany took the time to come out and talk to us and take a pic. It was a wonderful experience.

   I was extremely excited to try Radici as I’ve been following Chef Tiffany for a while and enjoy the food at at Roots Southern Kitchen. I hate to share that I am extremely disappointed in the food and service I received last night. The waitress was absolutely amazing and was the only highlight of the experience. The food portions were quite small and the selection of sides (especially when attempting to pair with steak) was underwhelming. I had the crab and lobster ravioli and the sauce was delicious but that’s the only food item my partner and I enjoyed. The carrot side was not good and the steak was average, at best. Additionally, I ordered the Rossini, their strawberry Bellini, and had to force myself to finish it. To add to a mediocre meal experience, we witnessed Chef Tiffany leave the kitchen and walk to each table to greet patrons and take pictures with them. She skipped our table of 2 multiple times and even apologized to me for continually standing in front of our table to take pictures with other patrons. That would have been the perfect opportunity to thank us as well, but she quickly darted off to another table. I am extremely disappointed in the experience and food and will not return to Radici nor Roots. Customer service is essential, especially in this economy, and I will not patronize businesses that lack that basic fundamental.

    I went for dinner last night and it was great.Made a reservation earlier and there was no wait.We had the squash blossoms,their version of Mozzarella sticks ,the rabbit pasta,Branzioni and the pistachio cake.Everything was delish except the rabbit pasta.It wasn't bad..just not for me.Our Server Louis was the best.So knowledgable and made the experience wonderful.Would definately go back.
