I booked a reservation for a birthday dinner for a big group on Saturday night (dec18) at 630pm - I even received a confirmation email the day before confirming that I’m coming. We show up to locked doors and no sign on the door. I called multiple times and no answer. With a large group at 7pm on a Saturday night it was impossible to get in anywhere. Terrible business. I would not recommend, nor will I ever attempt to eat here again.

I am a very happy customer today (that was sarcasm). I made a reservation for 9:00 pm this evening. When we got there all the lights were out and the door was locked. We obviously called and no one picked up. Now I get that sometimes the open table settings can get mixed up. However, both their google page, website and open table said they were open until 10:00. I did not get a call or a message saying “hey we are closed for tonight, sorry we cannot serve you”. They literally could have left a message saying “it is so slow tonight and we don’t want to come in, is it cool to change the reservation?” I would of happily agreed. Because of the horrible lack of customer service I will not be coming here ever. I’m sure the restaurant will read this message and not care but just wanted to warn everyone before booking with this place. Totally ruined a surprise b-day dinner too!

The doors were locked when we got there even though we had a reservation and they had to show with the app that we showed up. No response on Instagram either to my message even though they’re still posting on there.

They did not check our proof of vaccination. The staff kept removing their masks behind the bar. The overall atmosphere seemed sketchy. Staff members kept coming into the place and then leaving. We were in the only ones in the place having dinner. We got there for 6:30 and at 7:15 they turned off the lights and blasted the music. It was difficult to see our food. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Sushi was really good, we really enjoyed the creative rolls. Place has the ambience of a club, which apparently turns into later in evening, but it was comfortable in the sofas.

The music was pounding at 6 PM and the restaurant smelled strongly like marijuana, which was curious since we were the only diners in the restaurant. Not my vibe if I’m going out for sushi. The food was good but overall I would not go back due to the atmosphere.

The food was fantastic!! There were 6 of us and we ordered a bunch of food and drinks. Our waitress, Mikhayla, was great! She was new but kept up with all our food and drink orders. While managing a bunch of other tables on her own. We ordered most of the menu and recommend the Ra Roll, Pressed Salmon, Miso Soup, Gyoza, Kobe Sliders and Angry Tuna roll. The cocktail menu was also tested. We drank pretty much every drink on there and all tasted good. The other side of the restaurant had a party going on so it was busy, the sushi chef came out and apologized for the time it took to make the sushi. The wait was actually quite short....and definitely worth it!! Will be back. Thank you. Lucky.
