   I’m not sure words can explain how negative our experience here was. My husband and I were sat at our table in the back corner of the restaurant by the host at the time of our reservation. The booth portion of the table was up against a round concrete column which made the seat just about 8” deep against the wall. We then proceeded to sit at the table for over 20 minutes without being spoken to or acknowledged by the wait staff. No hello, I’ll be right with you, or anything that recognized we were there. After the 20+ minutes of waiting we decided to leave to avoid dumping our hard earned money into a business that clearly doesn’t care about their customers. The guests around our table showed similar frustrations with the total incompetency of the crew. This establishment deserves NONE of your money. Avoid this place at all costs.

   Perhaps a bad night but not a fan of the experience. $22 martini half filled cocktail set the stage for a disappointing experience.

   having traveled extensively and growing up in the hospitality industry restaurant eating is a challenge. i get deeply annoyed at bad service food or attitudes that seem prevalent today. now R3 was a superb experience staff service food was exceptional the food was delicious beyond words and the setting relaxing yet intimate. the staff especially a young Lady Sofie were attentive knowledgeable and extremely profession. you want a romantic outing this is the place you want excellent food this is the place if you want to have a truly memorable experience this is the place. i will be back often to try each and every item on this menu !! Thank you for a truly wonderful evening. this level is not seen as much today sadly. well done to you all !!

   Beautiful restaurant space ! Quiet and private. The pot roast is absolutely delicious! I’ll be back for more food and drinks soon!

   After choosing this restaurant because of a delicious menu, glowing reviews & delectable pictures, we arrived to discover that the only thing we could order for dinner was sandwiches & pizza “because the menu was changing to the fall season”. ?! That is the poorest excuse from a high level restaurant I have ever heard! But then we were seated across from the service door to the kitchen, despite only 1 other full table in the place & then ignored, without any drink order or any other commentary. We left & the only service person visible pretty much just looked at us & shrugged. Horrible. We had a delightful meal across the street - & btw, they were also changing menus for the season, but rather than witholding dishes, actually provided a specials menu with their new offerings.

   Truly terrific food, lovely staff, beautiful restaurant. The drinks were much ado about nothing, sadly (the smoky old fashioned has a hell of a presentation, but then... doesn't even taste smoky). And the prices are just not worth it. These are New York prices, for food that's very good, but not above and beyond.

   We selected this restaurant because they advertise nightly entertainment, which they did not have. We were very disappointed.

    The food was AMAZING!! Everything we tried was delicious! But most importantly the staff and service was outstanding!! Will definitely be back!
