R2L offers a sophisticated menu and a sleek dining space that has an amazing view of the Philadelphia skyline. Situated in the 37th floor of Two Liberty Place, the wall-to-wall windows allow guests to dine in a totally urban setting. The open kitchen and the hand-crafted cocktail menu complete the R2L experience.

Start your meal with lobster bisque or tuna sashimi, followed by a main course of old country braised pork or vegan roasted cauliflower. Veal, sole and lobster tail are usually on the rotating menu and guests should always try the R2L dessert menu which includes milk chocolate hazelnut gateau or pumpkin spice cheesecake.

It was a really nice date with my boyfriend after not being able to have much nights together due to our work schedules. The service here is beyond amazing. The staff goes the extra mile for you and working in retail, I know how it feels to not be acknowledged or greeted as soon as you enter but they really give you their attention. I really appreciated that they gave us a window seat even when I didn't reserve it online. It just made the night for us even better than we expected so thank you for the wonderful experience.

In order to secure a window seat you must pre-pay $170.00 to guarantee that you spend enough.I don't have a huge problem with that since I was probably going to spend that anyway, however a 20% automatic gratuity added to the bill for my large party of 2 is ridiculous.
Service was great and I'm a minimum 20% tipper anyway but again the 2 mandatory $$ left me feeling somewhat used and abused.

My Wife and I had a great time. My Wife is a Chef and could say nothing but good things about the meal and it's presentation. Thank you staff at R2L for such a wonderful experience.

R2L is all about the experience: stunning views of the city below, romantic atmosphere within the restaurant, excellent/friendly service-- but the food's not bad, either. I'd come back for another quiet weeknight dinner the next time I have an excuse to celebrate something (and $42 to spend on an admittedly delicious fish).

My husband and I went to R2L for our anniversary. This is probably our 6th time at this restaurant. it was always a favorite, but both service and food has fell off from our last visit. We spent $265 and was not happy with the food. Cocktails were still great! And of course we love the view - priceless.. I ordered the seafood boil, it had no flavor and was too salty. seasoning clearly was just salt and water. and the lobster bisque used to be amazing, that fell off..highly disappointment. We'll probably go back for drinks in the lounge area, but would skip on food.

I had an amazing time with my colleagues on my birthday at r2L. It’s a beautiful place to be. Y’all need to check it out! The reception was exceptional, the view was epic and the overall atmosphere was great! Professional staffs!
Can’t wait to visit again!

We loved our waitress, Hannah. She has a great sense of humor and it was a pleasure having her wait on us.

I recently got accepted to Temple U so I was looking for a place to celebrate. I chose the restaurant for the breath taking views of Philadelphia. They were so nice, they were able to find us a window table viewing the sunset and it was great! Food was outstanding, my steak was cooked perfect. Service was superb. Vanilla cake was to die for. Would highly recommend stopping in for a date or Special occasion.

We went there on our usual date nite(sat.),10 pm reservations, wasn't having dinner at that time of nite ,that being said , we had (2) cocktails (1) appetizer (trio) n the white cake dessert with (1) cappuccino $75 !!! + tip , r u kidding me ! This is a 3 star restaurant at best , way over priced, I guess your charging for the 37th floor views ,the higher u go the more u pay ! Nuff said

Was a great choice for a anniversary dinner. The Food was great from the appetizer down to the main course meal. The view is perfect and the waitress was great she goes by the name of Hannah. I also enjoyed the good drinks this place is just a good vibe .

Great atmosphere, classy place, highly recommended for special occasions. I wish they didn't have us waiting about 15min to be seated while they are so "fancy" about reservations.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our first dinner at R2L this past weekend. The only thing that upset us was that we had put 25 on our reservation to ensure that out spot was held. We arrived about 20 min late due to the snow and backed up highway. My boyfriend called them while we were on our way to let them know we would be arriving late due to the weather the person on the phone assured us that it wouldn't be an issue. When we arrived we still had to wait a little over an hour despite calling ahead and despite the 25 deposit we had on our reservation. I was very annoyed.

Our server (can't remember her name) was just okay. She wasn't as attentive as one should be at this type of upscale restaurant. Nonetheless the food was very delicious. I had the salmon and lobster mac. My boyfriend had steak and potatoes the potatoes were just okay yet the lobster mac was spectacular!!! We both loved it... We will definitely revisit and we will definitely be ordering the loser mac!
Oh and the dress code wasn't very strict a lot of those dining in surprisingly had on jeans (both men and women).
