Fresh hand-picked lobster meat, tossed with just a taste of mayonnaise and a touch of dill, in a toasted brioche bun. Lobster Roll also available simply with warm melted butter (Supplemental Charge $10)
Rhode Island favorite! Our signature fried dough recipe filled with clams, fried until golden
Sea scallops, jumbo shrimp, local lobster and, Atlantic Cod, a generous bit of butter and white wine. Then its all topped off with buttery ritz cracker crumbs, and Italian herbs . Served with smashed potatoes and garlic steamed broccoli
Service was very slow. Food came out cold and waiter forgot to put in drink order twice.
I was very surprised because we’ve been to Quito’s many times and have not had this experience in the past. I’m hoping it was due to being early in the season and Covid related short of help issues.
Hi I was not happy with our visit today. We made reservations and we got there 15 minutes early so hostess told us we had to wait . Meanwhile people with no reservations were being seated before us. Not RIGHT. Hostess didn’t even apologize when a went to complain. Love this place but don’t know if we’ll be back.
Food was terrible
More ritz crackers than lobster in the cassrrole
Lobster tasted like rubber
Dish was cold
More ritz crackers than fish in stuffed sole
Shrimp tasted like water
Cocktail sauce tasted like nothing
Meal was grossly overpriced
Excellent location and outstanding seafood. The menu is extensive and priced well.
My husband and I went for the first time. The waitress was very pleasant and the food was great very fresh seafood and a lot of food.
The fried clams are delicious and not at all greasy. Same with calamari. The coconut mango shrimp is amazing. The spaghetti with white clam sauce was delicious and loaded with chopped clams. Been several times and would go back again.
There were 3 of us and we felt that we waited an inordinate amount of time for our food to be served. Allowing for social distancing, the restaurant was only about 1/2 full.
We did not have any special orders: 1 pan-seared cod sandwich, 1 garden salad with pan-seared cod side, 1 fish and chips. The long wait for our food is the reason for mediocre reviews.
Great food and service consistently great have been many times I call it the hidden gem of Bristol!
Forgot a meal out of 4 people. Potatoes were cold. Awful.
First let me say the food and the waiter, Noah were very good. The hostess was a mess. We had a reservation and went i went to check in she completly ignorned me for more than 3 minutes. Once she finally acknowledegd me - she held her head and mumbled as if I was putting her out. She then sat 2 other tables with same number in party, who had the same time reservation, but checked in after me until i spoke to her- when she once again hung her head and went to get someone else tto help her figure it all out. Very poorly managed
Worst experience and food for Mother’s Day. Chowder wasn’t going to be ready for appetizers, food was cold and greasy when it came out at the same time as the appetizers.
Had 1 PM reservations. Food didn't get served until 2:20 PM. Three out of four plates were cold. Sent them back and got new plates. Fifth person ordered a lobster roll, which did not come out with the four plates because it had mayonnaise in it and they couldn't make that ahead of time. Four people traveled from NH for this. Plenty of wait staff. Didn't see anyone who looked like a manager. Have no idea what the problem was, but we won't be back.
The food was delicious. Service was fantastic! Congrats to both front and back of the house staff. All will be back soon to enjoy the food, service and view.
The food was delicious as always! Can’t wait to see you again next trip!
I took my Mom out for Mother’s Day the night before and we had a great time! I’ve been to Quito’s many times before, and as usual they didn’t disappoint. The food was flavorful and FRESH!! I made reservations and the restaurant was packed. Great service and great meal!!
Good food, very good experience.
This was our first time at Quito’s. Loved sitting on the patio. Great food! Excellent service!! No complaints here!! Looking forward to going again soon.
Food and service was excellent for the money very well worth it the atmosphere happy enjoyable comfortable the quality of food is out of this world it’s a five star restaurant
Food is fantastic.
Setting is great.
Great choice if you want quality seafood.
Location is perfect; Walking around the park, along the docks and by the historical houses and buildings. Great sunset.
No lobster! No beer in bottles!
You could taste and see the freshness of the fish. The food was very good.
Normally a pleasure for dining but a let down this experience. Food quantity was ample but preparation sub par in our opinion. Broccoli and garlic mash were extremely overly garlic and my wife and I enjoy garlic. Mash potatoes were closer to roasted potatoes that were lightly crushed. Fried clams, scallops and fish were tasty as usual but tartar sauce was way too seat. Disappointed dining this trip.
Service is always commendable, food quality very good. Our table was not wobbly.the Lobster bisque was to die for.
It was a joke to book on Open Table.... having made our reservation 2 hours in advance was a joke. We had to wait for at least 20 minutes in line...they never called us to say our table was ready. Our table was right in the middle of the flow of wait staff delivering food and drinks. Our waiter was no where to be found throughout our stay. Very disappointed because I have always enjoyed Quito’s. Not sure we will be going back real soon 🥴😩
Fabulous as usual ! Freshest seafood around ! Tasty drinks!
Owner of restaurant stood and talked to a couple at the next table for at least 25 minutes while we were eating our meal. This was at times a major distraction.
Had reservations arrived on time. Waited 15 minutes to be seated due to the staff having to retrieve a table and chairs from outside for a walk-in party of six.
Mr. Hunter I recall your visit Friday. Your reservation was for 5:30 your drinks were ordered at 5:31. We did take a few moments picking the most comfortable table as 3 of the tables near the 1 you chose were open and it was windy that evening. The owner was not on the patio Friday night but perhaps this was during another visit. As we also didn't have a party of 6 that night. I have relayed your message to the owner. We do hope you come again. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
First trip to Quito’s this year! Fried clams were as good as ever. There will be many more meals at Quito’s this season.
The food was great but the dining area needs to be more comfortable and visually appealing if if can’t brown for the water view
I particularly love the Rhode Island clam chowder, so I always order that. Saturday I ordered the fried clam plate and they were delicious. Others in my party ordered clam cakes and the fried combination plate and we were all very happy with our orders.
Service was slower than usual and there was an average number of patrons. Worth the wait, just don't be in a rush.
Great casual restaurant. Will be visiting again soon.
Great service. Patient, pleasant waitress. Chowder and lobster rolls are always fantastic. We should've remembered how bland the calamari is.
We really enjoyed our meal at Quito’s. I had fish tacos, they were so fresh and absolutely delicious.
Our server was awesome too!
Best fish tacos! Best fish tacos! Best fish tacos !
Fabulous service on the casual, outdoor patio due to COVID safety protocols. The food was definitely delicious!
Poor service, in that we waited a long time for our food. Lack of attention.
We love Quitos and love the food and service. We also like the shoreside dining experience. Great place
Quitos has changed in the quality of food.
The RI choder had way too much pepper for my taste buds.
Scallops and potatoes seemed overcooked and rubbery.
Waiter was friendly, but not very attentive
We went on a cold cloudy night and sat in the covered space right next to water. It was warm enough and very pretty. The service was great, but most of all the food was outstanding. We had a salad with scallops and a fried platter with clams and oysters. Overall a great meal. We will be back.
Great as always! Good to be back! Love those steamers!
First rate seafood, professional service, rickety table, excellent selection of beers, all at premium prices.
