Quinto at Vidanta Riviera Maya
Wonderful Food, Excellent Service , Great Atmosphere
Food was good but expensive. Steak was over cooked. Seating outside was great but inside would have lacked atmosphere
The food was very good. Our waiter, Luis was exceptional!!
Excellent service and good quality food. Very expensive even at this level of restaurant.
Delicious night with the lobster special for our anniversary. Service was impeccable!
Superior service! We had 2 waiters that were wonderful. Food was excellent!
Great good. Outstanding service. Lovely views. I would definitely recommend this bits a great value. Remember taxes and tips are included in all prices.
The food was outstanding. There was music but it wasn't overpowering. The service equally good. The only downside was that it was a little pricey.
Perfect atmosphere created with saxophone player. We loved Alejandro (with the glasses) - he was great and very personable! Food was excellent! We especially loved the clam chowder!
Our waiter, Oliver, gave us wonderful service! We were completely surprised to learn that we were the first table he’d served after a month of training! He was attentive to detail, pacing of our food and was very friendly and welcoming.. it is obvious his training was effective!
We sat outside in the second floor, and had an epic view of the ocean and the surrounding Salum marketplace.
The food was well done, but some may say a little pricey based on portioning (at least for the salmon entree).
Quinto was an elegant hidden place to eat, I would definitely recommend for a private date.
Great dinner. Loved the restaurant. Francisco did a great job as our waiter.
Saludos
Our waiter Luis was incredible! Not only did he have great attention to detail, he was also warm and friendly.
I’ve had steaks at several places but this one by far had the best flavor. I’ve never had a ribeye that tender. I would fly back just for a steak!!
The entire dining experience was outstanding. Our server was attentive, spoke clear English and very pleasant. The food was fulfilling and superb. Even great as leftovers. The ambiance (we sat outside) was perfect. Pleasant view of the ocean and the activities.
The waiter was extremely attentive but, not overbearing. He explained everything from the available selections of wine to the cuts of the meat. My wife and I shared the 40oz. Porterhouse along with a incredible selection of appetizers. We were a party of 8 and they nailed it on every person in our party.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
Hostess pushed us to sit outside where no one else was. It was extremely stuffy. Horrible view. No ambience for the price of dinner. Wait staff was good not their fault.
The restaurant atmosphere was lovely. We were seated upstairs, indoors. The space was a bit crowded as passing waiters barely skimmed my husband’s head with loaded trays. The wait time for our orders to be taken, meal service, and waiting for our check was extraordinarily long. When my food arrived, it was cold. I did not say anything because the others at our table said their food was hot. We had a side of broccoli that was initially served to our table before any other food arrived, taken away, then served cold. Those who had the brisket, enjoyed it very much. Overall, I would not return to Quinto for dinner. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and in particular, Joann, our server very much.
Every thing was great- food and service
Amazing food, atmosphere and service. We sat outside with a beautiful moon and summer breeze. Loud music from the nightclub next door was the only thing that wasn't perfect and it wasn't even bad...just loud.
We enjoyed the resort overall. Beautiful, great service and accommodations. Genuine sincere employees.
Our only issue would be waiting for shuttle services to and from the facility or grounds.
Excelente lugar, hermosa decoracion. Algunos precios exagerados.
The food was average, nothing special. Definitely overpriced. When we got there, our waiter asked where we were from. As soon as we said the USA, he began making political comments about our president. He asked who we voted for, and then made it clear that was the opposite person he would have voted for and proceeded to say why they are a bad president. It was unprofessional to say the least and made for uncomfortable interactions moving forward.
Excellent food and service! Andres the waiter was very attentive.
Our waiter was absolutely top class. He made excellent recommendations about local cuisine and a superb Red wine from Mexico. Exquisite.
Steaks boring, not seasoned, not cooked correctly and definitely not char fired
Service was good
Overall impression: average food and over priced
59th Wedding Anniversary
Best meal and service!
We ate upstairs, outside and it was delightful. The service is quite elegant and attentive - but not intrusive. Every course we had was wonderful. The food is well prepared and served beautifully. We had a very good bottle of Mexican wine. There was music from nearby Salum and breezes blowing. It was pricey by Mexican standards - even Vidanta Mexican standards - but well worth the price. We highly recommend this for a special occasion dinner, or just a romantic evening of great food in the open air.
The place is beautiful, our waiter Luis was wonderful, the wine he recommended was great, my rib eye filet was cooked to perfection, the sauces were interesting, our burrata app was delicious but a bit too vinegary, the rack of lamb was good. However, the lobster mac and cheese was a disappointment- too salty and very little lobster.
We were seated inside upstairs, with a view of the sea through the far widows, and of a Mayan Dancer performance once it was dark on our side. I recommend that seating to everyone. The fish special dish was Grouper, which is an excellent fish I enjoy, and it was the best I have ever had it. We only tip extra for really special service, and both times we ate at Quinto, we tipped extra.
Service was fantastic, food awesome. Ricardo did an excellent job.
Fantastic food!! Entrees, Apps, sides and desert all wonderful!! Service was slow and the restaurant was not busy tonight. Ok as we were on vacation and no rush.
If you’re staying on the VidantaResort, this is a must! The food, service, and ambiance are top notch. This was our second visit and we will dine here again next year.
Absolutely spectacular dining venue. Food was amazing. Live saxophone player really made things nice as well. My waiter, Alejandro Cassareal made our dinner even more amazing! I will done here again!
This was our first visit to This restaurant. From the moment you enter this beautiful place you know you are in for a special experience. Everything was excellent food, service and environment perfect. Can not wait to go back!!
