Quince’s menu is inspired by travels of chefs and lead partner to his favorite culinary cities, such as New Orleans, Lima, NYC, Mex. City. Quince is upscale casual. The uplifting familiar music, attentive service, and spectacular views from all 6 terraces come together to create a fun & entertaining atmosphere that is the “Quince Experience.” After helping make Quince the “#1 Rooftop Restaurant in the World” in 2020, Quince’s exec. chef, Gonzalo Martinez, is still evolving the culinary scope of its menus.

All seats are in the fresh open air with different coverages, including umbrellas, retractable awnings and hard cover. Seats have different views of SMA’s gorgeous sunsets, mountains, iconic churches and its historic Centro. I went there about two years ago and the service and food use to be outstanding, the thing about coming back is that you’re expecting that level of quality and service, it was devastating. I really wanted to have dessert but my food tasted so bad that I had to leave, I would have not taken to have a frozen cake. Services was just not there, very poor.

Everyone did an outstanding job of taking care of us. From the drinks to celebrating KEITH’s birthday. The food, the wine, David, our waiter, and the other staff were excellent. Thank you for such a wonderful night. Oh, and I forgot the view which was spectacular. 🥰

Disappointed and Surprised – Not What You’d Expect at This Price Point We had high expectations coming into this restaurant, given its reputation and price point. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short—especially in terms of menu inclusivity and value. It’s astonishing that a modern, highly-rated fine dining establishment would offer virtually no vegetarian options. Aside from a basic veggie sushi roll, French fries, edamame, and a house salad, there was nothing substantial or thoughtfully prepared for non-meat eaters. Not even a single entrée-level vegetarian dish. Had to settle for a cheese board. For a restaurant of this caliber, that’s not just disappointing—it’s inexcusable. In an era where dietary preferences and restrictions are not only common but expected to be accommodated, the lack of creativity or consideration for vegetarian guests felt tone-deaf and outdated. When you’re charging premium prices, diners should reasonably expect a well-rounded menu that reflects culinary sophistication across dietary boundaries. Service and ambiance were decent, but frankly, they couldn’t compensate for the feeling that vegetarian diners are an afterthought here. We won’t be returning—and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a truly inclusive dining experience.
