   The restaurant is beautiful and stylish, with great views. The food was just fine - nothing particularly noteworthy, especially at this price point. The service was below par for a fine dining establishment. Our server barely came to our table, didn't bring the appropriate utensils until asked and was dressed in a distracting manner. In addition, the staff members were frequently chatting and laughing and generally not being professional.

    The service was perfunctory at best and our entrees came out unnervingly fast - literally 7 minutes after we ordered them when we were just starting our cocktails. The room is very nice and the view is great but very pricey for the experience

    Food and drinks were good, and the ambiance of the place was very nice. However, the wait staff was rushing us the entire time. We could not order appetizers first, they made us order everything at once. They continued to try to take our food from the table when we were still eating which we asked to not take several times. It was rude. We ordered apps, dinner, dessert and several rounds of drinks and the entire time felt rushed. Don’t know if I would go back.

    Queensyard is really my favorite place for drinks and hors d’oeuvre at Hudson Yards and on the West Side/Hells Kitchen. I love everything about it except for the noise level, which makes it difficult to talk and hear. If you could fix that it would be PERFECT!

    We were really excited to try this spot for my daughter's birthday. The food was underwhelming but the girls enjoyed the desserts and the sticky toffee cake was delicious. My Cheeseburger was the best dish. The staff were lovely. Menu options... were limited; one fish, no chicken ... and the biggest disappointment was the Martini. I figured with the English influence (and extensive list of gin) they would craft THE BEST martini ever. It was a tiny, lukewarm concoction and the teeny olives had zero flavor. My husband and I took them out, looked at each other and started laughing. We ordered cocktail onions instead which made it marginally better.

    Went on a busy Friday night-the views are spectacular, but the food and service are mediocre. We had. Finished a busy day and were in it's my thirsty-warm tap water with no ice wasn't great. Our drinks took a pretty long time to come from the bar. We had to find the waiter several times to ask for refills. When our entrees came (duck and filet), both were lukewarm at best. Overall, from appetizer to dessert the food was quite average. The foie gras parfait was particularly disappointing as it was if actual fact not a parfait, but a large serving of foie gras absolutely covered in parsley. Go for the view and gorgeous space, but don't expect great food.

    I came for my best friends birthday on a Monday….Words can’t describe the time we had. It was AMAZING!!!!! Reservation/Front Desk - EASY!!! The hostess was so pleasant and nice. I am a firm believer that the first people that greet you in a restaurant determines the vibe and it was off to a great start. We were seated exactly where we wanted to be seated and we didn’t even have to ask. They knew that if 4 people are coming , sit them at a table for 4 with one of the best views. I do not like sitting at a table that is extremely large or very small for the party. The waiters/servers were so kind. We did have a specific waiter/server but all were eager to help. I love when waiters/servers do not shrug you off just because they weren’t assigned to your table. In my dining experience that shows to me that you care more about my experience than anything else. Food ….SPEECHLESS……even the bread was warm and the butter was soft. The food was absolutely amazing. Appetizers: Caesar salad, Grilled Octopus - cooked to perfection. Dinner: Squid Ink Pasta , Lambchops, Macaroni w/ Oxtail, and Brussels Sprouts Dessert: 3 scoops of homemade Vanilla ice cream. Everything was immaculate.

    Food was awful, not cooked properly. Overpriced and definitely not worth it. Waiters were not attentive and never once asked how the meal was or if everything was ok. Not to mention that they charge $5.00 for each soda and does not include free refills!! Come on, even Disney World doesn’t charge that much! Tourist trap, not worth a penny and never going there again.

    The place is super nice, Ig post perfect. We got an amazing table with vie infront of the vessel. Food was good, not great. They lack in service a little, waiter for got some of our order and drinks, and took a while to bring them.

    too many silly rules: they give you a happy hour drinks menu but you can only order them if your table is at the bar. Also, entire table MUST order all dishes at once, including bread and butter or peanuts! They won’t bring you the $9 small bread (4 squares) until you put in the entire order. Place is beautiful but service is mediocre. Spend your money somewhere else.

    Way overpriced for such a small portions. Service slow, waited forever to order. Food was decent but not great, again small portions. Lam for $ 47 was a bite size with no sides. There are better restaurants around.

    Service was abysmal. Had to queue for 10 minutes before taken to seat despite having a reservation. Lots of wine on menu unavailable (got lucky at third choice). Wine (white) turned up warm. Once chilled, ended up pouring myself for the evening (ice bucket was away from the table). Understaffed and table had an even worse time. Food was good though (although, again, various menu items unavailable) and thought the ambience was pretty good but lack of serving staff/service undermined it all.

    We had lunch here with family ordered couple dishes pretty legit and nice view but service are terrible (whoever served us on that day ) the waitress kept rushing us order food which was very rude.

    Super great experience here. First, the view was amazing. Second the food was great. Would recommend the waygu mac and short rib. However, what made the night was our server Tony. He was super polite, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made choosing dishes very unchallenging and fun. Would recommend to others, already have.

    i enjoyed this restaurant. it was nice to eat with the sunset and view of the vessel. we were given a great seat by the window which i appreciate. it feels like fine dining so the portions are relatively small and we got food cart fries afterwards which is ok but annoying when you paid $250 for dinner. our server was attentive to the point of being irritating, as every time we told her we needed more time to decide she would come back in a literal minute while we were trying to enjoy our time together for my birthday dinner. the ambiance is great and beautiful. the highlight of this restaurant is the ambiance and environment. it was nice to try but i probably wouldn’t return as the food portion was so small. the cocktails were beautiful and gorgeous. towards the end we were told that we needed to get up because they needed the table which was annoying too. overall i had a decent experience.

    Beautiful restaurant, great decor and views. Definitely “Instagramable” excellent customer service. But let’s get down to the meat and potatoes. The food (all of it) lacked flavor. I mean salt, garlic & pepper were nowhere to be found. The drinks! Disappointing as well. I can’t say I’d return for the food…

    While the food was good, The service was absolutely abysmal. The evening started out with a drink being spilled on me, and Sadly went down hill from there. No waitress ever came to our table the entire night. Every time we needed some thing we had to stand up and walk to the Manager stand to get the attention of management. Once they get staffing and service together, it probably would be a nice place to go… as the food was delicious, and the view was very good.
