Queen of Sheba
Had not been here in several years... Saw the wonderful web page on Open Table... thought oh they really have come up.. Wine list full bar beautiful photos. Make reservation, appear at appointed time.... no update... we are seated
First waiter does not speak English. Very nice young man comes out. Gives us a menus, we ask for wine list. He is terribly sorry they donot have wine. I mention webpage... they are working on it... we place our order with water... my partner says why don’t I run down the street get a bottle of wine.. I walk out the door. On my return in 5 minutes with wine .. he is standing in parking lot... They had instantly served entire meal including first and main course. He ask for wine glasses. The waiter tells him we cannot drink wine in their restaurant. I understand if it is against their religion
But why the misleading web-page...
It’s a beautiful place to take your family or even just yourself, it’s not noisy with very comfortable booths. I gladly enjoyed eating there as the service was very quick and understanding, I was the only customer there at that time, it isn’t too busy there, perhaps it’s because of Ramadan. The food, don’t get me started, the food was spectacular, the spices were just fabulous and you feel like you just went to the Middle East with the traditional bread they have. I would definitely recommend this place
