   Been here before and never had an issue so was quite shocked with our experience yesterday. Pros: Booked a table, was sat straight away in a lovely booth. The waiters were polite. Spinach and mushroom on sourdough was lovely. Cons: First order of drinks took way too long to arrive. My spicy margarita was half full, and it looked like they didn't know to make one. Food took nearly an hour to arrive. Patatas bravas looked and tasted like left overs. 1 out of 8 dishes was nice. Rest were either ok or couldn't finish. Chicken wings were terrible. Food didn't seem fresh. Won't be coming back in a hurry but it hasn't put us of forever, only been maybe twice before and didn't have an issue so maybe it was a one of.

   Booked a table for 17:30 and it wasn't ready, 20 minutes later we eventually was seated to a high top table which I requested I didn't want due to being uncomfortable to eat eat food on. Order food straight away as we were due to go to a show at 19:30. 16:50 food still hadn't arrived so I asked how long it would be (the usual 5 minutes answer was given) 15 minutes it still hadn't arrive so I asked to speak to the manager who was multi tasking whilst I was complaining (very rude) and couldn't care less. 19:10 the food arrived and as ever was really nice however we had to rush to make the the show. This is our go to place for very rare nights out and was extremely dissapointing this time round!!! Bar man actually said they keep sending people upstairs for drinks and forget about those who have actually booked a table.

   Our whole experience was brilliant. We always have a drink here anyway, but not eaten there before on a Saturday night. Service from everyone was amazing, really friendly and professional. The food was delicious and really good value. Will definitely recommend and eat there on an evening again.

   Visited for a Birthday treat , staff were polite and helpful but not tentative to the table, waiting to catch a server to order more drinks etc Food was good other than the Goat Curry dish that came with no goat in it at all , just sauce which was a let down. Ordered cocktails and a desert , usual waiting time for cocktails to be made as per usual excellent quality , unfortunately they forgot about the desert , when questioned where the desert was the server went to find out and never returned, a tad disappointing for a high class restaurant, we spoke to the duty manager and resolved our frustrations , overall a good visit , just not as good as our last visit. It's always said that a bad experience is more memorable than good experience. Worth noting that the main menu has changed with not as much variety than the previous menu.

   Good place to go, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Is getting to be a little expensive now though.

   Waited 35 minutes to order then waited another hour for the food. Really slow.

   Fabulous afternoon/evening. Lovely food and great service. We weren't rushed at all and had a great time.

    Had a lovely lunch with a close friend today we had alot to catch up on and although busy we were comfortably could talk with each other without having to raise our voices. We both went for the 3 for £12 tapas I had the jambalaya and meatballs with a side salad. My friend had the chorizo lollipops and humour with sourdough and green vegetables side. The food was delicious my rice was spicy full of prawns, crayfish tails and chicken it was delicious. The meatballs were really tasty and the salad was full of black olives. My friend loved hers she said it was really tasty and different to what she normally orders. It really is worth the money.
