   Visited for a Birthday treat , staff were polite and helpful but not tentative to the table, waiting to catch a server to order more drinks etc Food was good other than the Goat Curry dish that came with no goat in it at all , just sauce which was a let down. Ordered cocktails and a desert , usual waiting time for cocktails to be made as per usual excellent quality , unfortunately they forgot about the desert , when questioned where the desert was the server went to find out and never returned, a tad disappointing for a high class restaurant, we spoke to the duty manager and resolved our frustrations , overall a good visit , just not as good as our last visit. It's always said that a bad experience is more memorable than good experience. Worth noting that the main menu has changed with not as much variety than the previous menu.

   Good place to go, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Is getting to be a little expensive now though.

   Had a lovely lunch with a close friend today we had alot to catch up on and although busy we were comfortably could talk with each other without having to raise our voices. We both went for the 3 for £12 tapas I had the jambalaya and meatballs with a side salad. My friend had the chorizo lollipops and humour with sourdough and green vegetables side. The food was delicious my rice was spicy full of prawns, crayfish tails and chicken it was delicious. The meatballs were really tasty and the salad was full of black olives. My friend loved hers she said it was really tasty and different to what she normally orders. It really is worth the money.

   Food was dreadful, we sent 2 out of 3 main courses back. Spoke to the manager to explain our disappointment, she was more concerned about telling us they’d had a good lunchtime service than listening to our very valid complaints also ladies toilets not very clean. would not recommend. hugely disappointed

   Had a warm greeting, seated in a nice booth, drink orders were taken and arrived quickly. After that the service was poor, took over 30 minutes for someone to come and take our food order. We were there for 2 and half hours and we had ordered a bread appetizer and then tapas. When the food arrived, half of it was cold. Due to it being tapas, it is meant to arrive when ready, they had waited for all it all to be ready at once which is why the prawns and steak were cold. This was our second time at Qubana and we won't be returning.
