   Very good friendly service, staff very welcoming. Afternoon tea very good value for money in a bright and comfortable atmosphere.

   Four of us enjoyed a lovely evening at the Quayside Bar & Grill. The service from the waiters was very good and they were very pleasant. We all opted to share the steak dinner and ordered some olives to nibble on before our mains. This dinner includes a bottle of house wine so we chose red wine. The food was well presented and had a selection of pepper or blue cheese to accompany the steaks there was also mushrooms, tomato, onion rings and chips. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and the atmosphere was good nice and peaceful where we could chat without background noise. We look forward to returning in the future.

   Lovely restaurant where food is good and it’s great value for money. Staff are excellent: friendly, warm and just the right amount of attention.

   We felt it was a rushed experience ‘dine and dash’. The servers were attentive but seemed like they were in a rush with every encounter. We ordered an item from the while you waited section it arrived with starters. The starters were very differing in size, the soup was an extremely large portion with cheese on toast, compared to the chicken liver parfait piped in the middle of a small roll. The steak was over cooked to our order. The house red wine was less than average. We won’t be back in a hurry.

   Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback, Andrew. Please accept my apologies for the poor visit you had, a rushed atmosphere is certainly not what we like our guests to experience. I've discussed your feedback with our head chef, our menu changes in May so hopefully this will rectify the portion sizes you've identified. We're changing our wine supplier in June, and I'm confident this will only improve the quality of our products.    It was good apart from when I booked for mother's day was told at booking the mother ate free ,never happened a bit disappointed

   Food was very good. Only thing was we thought the prawn main course was a bit over priced the pork tomahawk was very well priced.all and all a pleasant night out.

    Some form of event going on with all congregating around the bar right next to the restaurant. Staff overly consumed with the function paying little attention to customers in the restaurant. Too much noise, too little attention and food was not worth the prices. The physical menu is pretentious and is not as clear as it could be.
