Our server was very nice
It’s our go-to dinner place for delicious food, great ambience, and city views! The food is flavorful and there has not been one dish I’ve ordered that I regretted.
Amazing place! I love the family style eating! The food was great and service was awesome. Can’t wait to try out more from the menu next time!
Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Always satisfied when we leave.
Excellent food always and the service is always 5 stars.
New restaurant to me and I'll definitely be back!! I absolutely love that you can order half orders!! The sausage risotto was phenomenal! Portions were perfect!! I can't recommend this place enough!!
Waiter sent out wrong dish twice and didn’t comp it. Otherwise the food and wine was good.
This is my FAVORITE restaurant in Chicago. Great food, excellent desserts. Coziest ambiance. Make sure to order Caponata with apricot pure, mushroom risotto and tiramisu or hot chocolate cake.
Michael, the manager, and servers Will and Oliver were superb. Hard to beat this combination of great people, superb service and fine food. Five stars for all!
My favorite restaurant in Chicago!!!
Went here to celebrate a birthday and had a great, memorable experience. Love this place!
Thanks for the kind words, Chloe! We hope you see you soon.
Large menu, good service. Overall a good experience.
Great spot and friendly service.
Quick & attentive service .
Loved the cocktails to start out. Italian 75 is where it's at. We ordered the mushroom/truffle risotto which was cooked to perfection and sooo flavorful. We also ordered the tagliatelle bolognese which is imo one of the best things on the menu. Don't think, just order! Lively atmosphere and service. Great for date night or family gathering.
Thanks, Beth! We agree the tagliatelle is awesome as well; hope to see you soon.
We had a bunch of little girls in our party and the server was so great with them! The food was delicious and came out quickly. Highly recommend!
This place NEVER disappoints! Great food - great service- great atmosphere :)
The food was delicious! Really everything was amazing, food, service, ambiance, location and we found parking close by. Only bummer was that there is no restroom on the first floor (or at least not that I was directed to). While I am only 7 months pregnant, I am more concerned about accessibility for others.
My party of 4 did a true family style and split everything we ordered. The calamari, Stefano pizza and penne vodka. All of it was delicious. The house wine was also excellent.
We are so happy your party enjoyed everything; thank you for the kind words!
I totally loved this place. Will definitely recommend it.
Outstanding experience! Food was great, waitstaff was tremendous and truly outdid themselves... wonderful evening!
Absolutely obsessed with Quartino. Will always recommend. Service, staff, kitchen, everyone is absolutely incredible. What an amazing atmosphere, looking forward to my next time in:)
Great food and even better service. I've been here a few times and Quantino's is my favorite Italian restaurant in the city.
Its been quite some time since I've been to Quartino but I'm glad I went back. The wait staff is friendly and they work well together. Not being able to consume meat or bread on Good Friday still made this restaurant a great option.
The service is always great and the cozy food is always a pleasure!
Good was delivered late amd they forgot to order everything
Pretty much the best of the best, most authentic old world Italian food downtown. Amazing service. Can’t beat the prices.
Wonderful food and service
Quartino is one of my "go to" restaurants. Food is always good, and offers such a variety, including half-orders which can multiply the many tastes in one meal. Love the orecchiette and the salumi salad. And they have done a wonderful job of following the pandemic protocol, and then some. Good spacing, masks, dividers and airflow. Always a winner!
Very personable staff. The food had great flavor, presentation and quality. Loved the tapas/ family style plate sharing. Great experience for downtown Chicago.
Food is always good here. Nice casual spot to meet friends for food and drink.
We had tried lunch here last month which was amazing and had to come back for dinner. We brought another couple to share the amazing food. I feel like we tried it all - pizza, short ribs, tortellini, broccolini, mushroom risotto, chicken parm and a very nice Italian red wine. We would order it all again! Micheal was great checking in on us and the evening was fantastic. We can't wait to return in June. Our reservation is already booked!
Food was fantastic....service was a little slow.
Great spot! Really great cocktails too. Honestly thought the portions would be larger since it was “shareable” though but other than that, pretty great!
It was my best friend’s birthday and everything was perfect!
Everything was wonderful- thanks for being a place that makes the adults and the kids happy. Everyone... get the “Italian 75” cocktail!
You cant go wrong with food and service. Also, it's part of the Gibson family.
Very fast! Delicious! And service was outstanding
Despite restaurant pandemic restrictions, we had a wonderful experience at Quartino. The food was flavorful plus a good quantity. Our waiter Ruben really knew his menu and preparation details that strive for authenticity, adding to our experience. The Sicilian Caponata was dense with eggplant and just enough spice to add a bit of zest on the palate. The Papparadelle al Suga Dimanzo had wide noodles and plenty of meat in the sauce. The other items were unexpected surprises: bruschette that were almost a meal in themselves with 3 large pieces of bread and 3 different toppings--don't miss it; the Tagliata di Manso was lean, perfectly cooked medium rare. Because we were celebrating a delayed anniversary, we had dessert. Do not miss the profiteroles--two large popovers holding a substantial portion of ice cream and a to-die-for chocolate sauce with a tinge of coffee for added punch. And, there was nothing timid about the Gran Coppa Quantino--lots of ice cream and strawberries topped with whipped cream. Before ordering, let your waiter know how you'd like to be served. If sharing, the food comes gradually. If not sharing, the waiter will serve food more traditionally--appetizers, then main, then dessert. We didn't know that, so the manager Trevor graciously assisted with our having a more traditional service. Tables were available for outdoor seating, but the weather made indoor seating more comfortable for us, especially near the windows. We're so happy Quartino is part of our neighborhood. We'll be back.
