          Host staff was great. Waiter was kind but poor kid couldn’t catch a break. Kitchen was backed up, therefore meals were staggered and some items didn’t show up at all. The seating could have been better.

          After dining here several times with my family, I introduced 6 of my extended family members to Quartinos. We all lived it. We order many delicious dishes & for try a little of everything. As usual, the short ribs & gnocchi were amazing. A new favorites are the eggplant parmigian! Tiramisu & chocolate cake were delightful. We'll be back.

          Reservations from OpenTable are not honored and you still must wait more than an hour for your reservation. It was only after I kept insisting that it was my boyfriend’s birthday and we had a reservation that we were even seated 1+hrs later. The food and drinks were great, but the service could use some improvement. Also, if you are planning on having a conversation with your partner or friends, forget it; you won’t be able to hear a thing.

          My wife and I booked a reservation the day before and when we showed up were told they're "running behind" and it would be a 25-30 minute wait. We left and went next door to Osteria Via Stato and while we were eating our dinner there got a text 35 minutes later our table was ready. Go to Osteria Via Stato instead. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A RESERVATION IF YOU CAN'T KEEP IT!!!!

          We have gone for years and this was by far the worst visit. The menu is a fraction of the size. The portions are small and the service level was terrible. Staff bumped into our chairs so many times without regard. What was our favorite place just fell off the list!

          I like that they give half portions on most items. You can really enjoy a lot of different items. The veal meatballs were the best.

          Our server was fantastic and pleasant. Food was fantastic. Would recommend to others and will return on future trips.

          Great food and service, we were waiting for a pizza for a while longer than the rest of the food but to be expected in such a large restaurant, and the amazing pizza made up for it! Our server was excellent!
