          Booked a table specifically asking for a patio table. Arrived 20 minutes early and was told that they would be able to seat us upstairs on the patio but we would have to wait. I told them that was fine and that we knew we were early and we would wait at the bar. Bar service was great. Had some appetizers and drinks and then checked with he hostess to see how long it would be before we could be seated. They checked and saw that the table was waiting on their check and then they would bus it and come get us. I went back to the bar area to wait. About 15 minutes went by and I again went to the hostess to ask how long. She looked confused and I could see that they had seated another party at our table and failed to come let us know. I let them know that this was unfortunate but that we would now like to be seated anyway and they scurried around and then said they would seat us outside. They led us to a table that was literally next to the entrance and also next to an overflowing bus cart that stayed that way the entire dinner. They then took our drink order but had to be flagged down 10 minutes later to ask where they were. 1/2 the drinks were brought and then the food order was taken. After 15 minutes I received my entree but no one else received any food for another 25 minutes. I had to flag down the waiter again and then they brought two more entrees but not the final and also one of the entrees was spaghetti with meatballs but there were no meatballs. I had to flag down the waiter again. Meatballs and last entree followed 10 minutes later. I had to address this poor service with the host and our waiter. A manager came over and gave us a check that was 1/2 off followed by another manager 2 minutes later who apologized and said the meal was comped. I tipped on the whole amount and would have rather paid full price for a meal with excellent service than what actually happened. The saving grace was the bar service and the food (when finally served) was excellent.

          We walked up and the line was out the door. We were told you must have a reservation. Immediately jumped on, got a reservation and were seated in about 20ish minutes. The place was LOUD and that was our only complaint. The food was excellent. Keep in mind when there that food comes out as “small plates” so they may come separately. I would highly recommend going to Quartino’s.

          The restaurant was super packed when I came in which was understandable on a Thursday night. We were sat in an aisle room, which felt like an echo chamber of noise, where we could only hear other people and not the people at our table. The servers had a lot of people to get through which sometimes made it hard to get the servers attention. Huge wait times on food but server pointed out what items would come out the quickest. We ordered a two pasta dishes, pizza, and a few half pasta dishes. Each dish came out 15-20 minutes after the last one so it was not at all at once. After around 20 minutes of waiting for the last dish to come out, our server dropped the bill to us and told us the last item was dropped off to the table behind us and so they refunded us the dish and gave no other service or alternative items for the inconvenience. Super disappointed in service but the rest of the food was great. Would be better to come when place isn’t as chaotic.

          Quattrofromage pizza was delicious, as was the shrimp risotto. Caesar salad had too much cheese and not enough dressing. Our server was excellent and very attentive.

          Only complaint was the service. The entrees came out staggered and one was very late like they almost forgot about it! Not good! and the server forgot that I had already given him my credit card for payment

          C’est un restaurant très bien noté, je ne comprends pas pourquoi, cela ressemble à une cantine, trop bruyante, nous avons attendus 1h30 pour manger, les plats ont été servis en décalés (40 minutes entre les deux). Et quand mon plat est enfin arrivé, la viande n’était pas cuite. Le serveur s’est excusé et a été très gentil. Seul point positif de ce restaurant. Si les cuisines ne suivent pas, il ne faut pas accueillir autant de personnes. Première règle pour un restaurant. La pire expérience à Chicago.
