   Grat authentic Italien Food - enjoyed the cured meats an cheeses with some wine. Fabulous !

   We always enjoy Quartino’s when we travel to Chicago. Fun vibrant restaurant with good food. We did have fun last night but we had a 35 minute wait with a reservation. No apologies. Our waitress was lovely but clearly rushed. Table service was spotty. Not enough plates, rushed service, didn’t take used plates away. Our small table was stacked with dirty dishes with more coming. This being said everyone was lovely just a very busy night for them.

   Food took over an hour, even when other parties sat after us received their similar items. One of our items was forgotten. Server was inattentive.

   Service was unfortunately, poor. Waitress ordered drinks once only to never return to ask for second drinks. Two people in our group of six didn’t get their food until 20 minutes after everyone else was finished eating. Food tasted good but lost its flavor in the poor service.

   Everytime we cone to your restaurant we are greeted my Gentleman that stands by the counter we're you check in at. This gentleman is always polite, sincere and very helpful. We came in last night with the reservation at 11pm. The 2 ladies at the front counter told me even though I had a reservation. I could not be seated inside the dining room because it was closed. I would have to find my own seat in the bar area, which was packed as always. This wonderful gentleman took care of of me and my boyfriend, and found a table for us in the restaurant. We will be back. The food and the waiter and waitress staff that you have are phenomenal. The only complaint I have is from the two ladies.That would not seat us even though I had a reservation.

   Our server was great. We were really disappointed that is was way overbooked and we waited nearly 45 min past our res time. If the restaurants policy is to charge customers for not honoring a res they made then they should honor the times we book within 15 minutes. NOT 45 minutes after we approached hostess stand four times and kept being told we were next. This is a two way street.

    Overall enjoyable. We had a noisy child next to us. But will try again
