Food tasted fresh and delicious
First time at Quartino. Recommended to us and we loved it ! Great service, perfect sharable portions and a great variety to choose from. Super lively place and not the easiest to talk in but the atmosphere makes up for it.
Our server was attentive and responsive.
Would go back for sure !
We enjoyed one appetizer and two entrees and felt quite full. Their house red was enjoyable and affordable. Our waitress was great and pointed us in the right direction for our meal!
Good food, fun the share plates but really loud. Hard to have. Conversation
We were in Chicago for business and we were recommended Quartino for family style Italian dinner. It was hands down the best Italian food I have ever had. I was blown away by how delicious the food was. Since everything was smaller portions we were able to try multiple items and we were shocked by how inexpensive the bill was. Our server was also amazing and helped us navigate the menu. I would recommend making a reservation. The place was PACKED on a Thursday night. The tables were close together - but I didn’t even mind because the overall experience was that good.
It was extremely noisy, had to yell to hear the person sitting directly next to you. The food was fine but not as good as expected for the price, and the shareable entrees were very small portions. Service and dessert were excellent.
Always love Quartino. It's my go-to for big parties.
Out server (sorry, we didn't catch his name) was super nice and helpful. Food was good. My friend enjoyed her cocktails. Good experience overall.
We have always loved Quartino and have recommended countless times to others, but this time all of us agreed that the quality of the food was just mediocre. I hope it was a fluke. We were disappointed to find our standby was not up to snuff.
Got concept for sharing plates and extending the dining experience. This is a must-experience place.
It was kinda loud, but bar tender and waiter were both super friendly and the food was very good.
Food was excellent, but server was not the most attentive (we were out of drinks and had to ask another server for drinks) and noise level was thru the roof, I could barely hear the people at my own table - and I'm in my 30's, not my 80's.
Quartino is one of the best authentic Italian restaurants I have ever been too. Hands down, everything was fantastic.
Must stop when in Chicago! Every dish a solid 10!
First and foremost, the food here is excellent. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, the veal meatballs, homemade sausage, truffle and mushroom risotto, pappardelle, gnocchi and canolis. They were all flawlessly prepared, served piping hot with fantastic taste. We had multiple servers who were very attentive and friendly. The only thing to be wary about here is the seating. Try to avoid the second floor corners if at all possible. Our party of 4 was placed at a table right next to a staff exit door in the second floor corner and were very cramped. We were constrained to the point of getting bumped constantly by adjacent tables so that diminished the enjoyment of our evening a bit. Other than that issue, the place was packed and full of energy. The food comes out at a brisk pace and is very, very good.
WE got seated quickly and our waiter was prompt. food was amazing. The portion were perfect. Our waiter was attentive and keptt checking on us. The place was hopping!!!! overall, great meal.
Wat a fun spot to share fabulous small plate foods in a vibrant and energetic atmosphere!
We were visiting Chicago and enjoyed our experience at Quartino. Great food and service! The table was a little cramped though.
Great, convenient, not expensive and good vibes environment.
Service was great - our server was very personable and offered his food recommendations. In the past I’ve been impressed with the food but I got new dishes and they weren’t as good.
Felt kinda rushed by the waiter. That kinda sucked. He didn’t seem very happy to be there either.
It was good, but was very noisy.
Great! Spencer. Our server did an excellent job servicing our large party of 13. Food was delicious. Only concern is that they squeezed us into a corn booth/table that was very tight. Otherwise very fun dinner!
An obviously very popular restaurant and the food was very good. However, the two items I found disappointing were the 4 large screen TVs in the dining room. I get the two in the bar but in an Italian restaurant dining room? The other was the bathroom attendant. Isn't that era long gone and what is the message that is being sent? I need service from another grown adult to wash and dry my hands? Not an environment I pay to be in when so many other wonderful options are available.
Thank you Nicholas P for the most amazing dinner experience and service. I have been to Quartino's many times (different times of day) and this by far was the best experience because of your wonderful service. You were fun, informative and a great server. We will be back. Silvia, Renee & Kim
Always a great place. Never disappoints!
Food magnificent. Superb waitstaff. Very, very loud, tables too close together. Can't wait to go back! There's a long line at the door for a reason.
Food was great! Service was great!
Eli eve the hype. Simply fantastic.
Enjoyed our first time! The server made excellent suggestions for both food and beverage. Food came quickly and tasted great. We tried a variety: salad, pizza, veggie and dessert. We had reservations so we got in right away but it was packed when we were leaving. I would go back; large menu with many options to try!
Nite at the theatre
Always the best gathering place for families and friends. Love it all!!
Had a great dinner once again. Needed a reliable go-to place after a long flight back from overseas and Quartino delivered the goods one more time. Excellent food, quick, attentive and friendly service and good value - what more can you ask for. I have never had a bad meal there.
Delicious spot for group dinners. Count for a wait on your weekend reservations but worth it with great service and good food.
Great small plates. Runs very smooth. Its always busy for a reason. A Chicago staple IMHO.
Always great food and great atmosphere
The entrance was extremely crowded and you couldn’t even move. Very uncomfortable and people had a hard time moving anywhere.
