This was our first time to Quanto Basta and Collin was our server. He was friendly, engaging and full of great recommendations. I had the Cannelloni Al Forno, my husband had the Beef Short Ribs and our son had the Lotsa Pepperoni pizza. Everything was delicious. The portions were a good size and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back.

We eat at Quanto Basta every 2-3 weeks. The people, atmosphere, food, and service are always "top level". Never had a bad meal there while being pampered by their staff. Great choice for anyone seeking a quiet, "5 star" dinner.

Excellent meal and overall dining experience. First time here and will definitely be back. Started out meal with delicious appetizers - the stuffed pepper was incredible. Also the arancini. The pizza has a thin but crispy crust. We all had a piece and then took half home. For entrees, we had the baked ziti, chicken parm, chicken Marsala, and the short ribs. All were delicious. And we couldn’t resist the brownie sundae for dessert. Service was top notch and the overall ambiance enjoyable. A great find in Wilmington.

Our server Colin M. Was fantastic. We were in town celebrating happy graduation, retirement, and Mother’s Day! The drinks were very good. Our Arrancini was delicious with the mushroom and truffle filling. We all enjoyed our entrees and the cannolis were perfection. We highly recommend and appreciate Colin’s recommendations and his friendly nature.

We visit Wilmington often and have trouble finding good food. Quauto Basta was amazing. The owner, Vance came over to our table several times to check on us. The food was amazing! If you enjoy good food you have to go to this place! It will not disappoint.
