   From the host that sat us to the waitress that served us the service was great. The seating is excellent. Well spaced tables and the high ceilings make for a very open feel. The food was great. Each of us, 3 people, ordered appetizers, salad & mains and they were all delicious. 1 person ordered the pizza & we all had a piece. Very good. We had a nice bottle of wine and after dinner drinks & the bill was still very reasonable. This will now be one of our go to’s each time we are visiting Wilmington.

   such a beautiful place, ambiance is very nice. harsh critic (italian from nyc) I don’t know why people of the south think any tomato sauce needs an extensive amount of oregano 🤢 and spice ?? please make it stop. marsala sauce should never be grey and chunky. it’s a sweet marsala wine. arancini should have arborio rice not white rice. and not chunks of mystery meat on the inside.

   Always a favorite to bring out of town guests. Food is excellent…short rib entree is a must. Specials are always something you won’t find anywhere else. Scallop special was amazing. Food was a bit on salty side & um a salty girl which is why the 4 stars. Suggestion would be to bring in some acoustic tiles to muffle the noise in dining area.

   Great ambiance though the chair I was in was low to the table . Long wait times. Server asked about bottle or tap water but never asked again if we would like anything to drink. She seemed uninterested in us. They advertise nightly specials but when the server never mentioned any , I asked if there were any specials, she quickly corrected me by saying there were no “features” tonight. The menu said the chicken Marsala came with ricotta filled rigatoni but it was served over plain tortellini and no one mentioned it as if I wouldn’t notice. And since they mention Parmesan cheese when describing it , it would have been nice to have been able to taste it.

   They have a small menu and that’s OK but the expectation is that everything on the menu is very good or even spectacular. That wasn’t the case. We each ordered one of the signature dishes. I ordered the Bolognese, which was quite bland. I make it dozens of times a year, and it was quite bland and very underwhelming. The short ribs were a little bit better and not something I would make at home, so we enjoy those.

    Wow wee.. we ordered a pasta and shrimp scampi- about double the amount of salt needed! Restaurant food is always a bit salty but we didn’t expect so much at a fine dining! Bread was brought out cold. Had heard so much about this place and our first time certainly wasn’t satisfactory.

    The food was very good, except, it was not hot. The meal was warm at best. The restaurant was not busy and no reason for the food not to be hot. I have eaten at this restaurant in the past and never experienced this before.

    Close to 5 stars. This is a wonderful, fun and attractive place for an evening out. Service is excellent. Parking garage right across the street. The food was great. Not perfect, but plenty good enough. (I'm picky about food quality.) It was a bit noisy by the time we left. Folks were having fun - a good sign.

    Very enjoyable dinner out. Food and service were great. Lynn our server made great recommendations. We were worried about time, due to needing to get to the play we were seeing, but Lynn assured us we would be on time and she was correct. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Would highly recommend

    We went to Quanto Basta for my partner's birthday. It was a wonderful place to celebrate, wine and dine ourselves, and enjoy one another's company. The food is delicious, the wine paired wonderfully, and the environment is comforting and cozy. 10/10 Recommend!

    Not our first time to QB. Very nice meal. Waiter was a bit chatty and forgot several things ie bringing more water and bringing our cocktails on a timely basis. Otherwise a very good experience.

    We had Etson as our server for the second time and he’s wonderful. His wine recommendation was incredible and the food was delicious as usual. Didn’t realize you offer wine flights so we’ll definitely be back for that.

    Such a great dinner! Our server, Ed, took spectacular care of us, and made awesome recommendations. I had the Eggplant Parmesan. Not only was it the best Eggplant Parm I’ve ever had, I never knew Eggplant Parmesan could taste so spectacular! The red sauce is amazing, as well! Looking forward to next time!

    It is very loud when they are crowded but that is to be expected. The food is amazing but the portions on some dishes is small. 2 people 4 beers, an app and 2 entrees was $100

    This is a nice little spot near the downtown core of Wilmington. Pros — usually not too hard to find a table. Cons: limited menu and the food doesn’t live up to its “snooty” attitude.
