Wir stehen für authentische vietnamesiche Küche mit frisch zubereiteten Gerichten für den besten Geschmack für ihren Gaumen.
Den unvergesslichen Geschmack erreichen wir durch Einsatz von frischem Gemüse welches nur kurz und schonend im Wok gegahrt wird ohne die wertvollen Vitamine zu verlieren. Dazu werden echte vietnamesiche Kräuter wie Tamarinde, Ingwer, Anis etc. hineingegeben um den Geschmack zu intensivieren.
Freunde des scharfen Essens können sich auf hochwertige und frisch geschnittene Chili-Schoten freuen, welche im oder neben dem Essen serviert werden um die Schärfe nach belieben zu bestimmen.
Gerne servieren wir ihnen Desserts aus Mango und dazu noch einen echten vietnamesischen Kaffee aus frisch gemahlenen Bohnen.
Gesundheitstreue sollten unsere hausgemachten und frisch gepressten Säfte wie "Pfirsich-Zitronengras", "Detox-Zimt-Apfel" sowie Tees mit Süßholz-Minze-Ingwer oder Jasminblütentee probieren.
