Quality Meats es restaurante contemporáneo que sirve un menú rústico estilo New American. El variado menú se enfoca en interpretaciones modernas de platillos clásicos como el tradicional Steak Tartare, ensalada César y médula de res asada, además de varios cortes de carne de res de los legendarios carniceros de Nueva York, Milton Abeles y Strassburger Meats.

    Kitchen and staff are apparently too busy to provide quality food or service. Streak originally undercooked and then charcoaled. Waiter came by once during the entire meal to check on table.

    Service was poor. Waiter didn’t listen to what I wanted. He also spoke so softly we couldn’t hear him. Food was ok but not great. Steaks were served on a small plate with little room for the sides. Food was plain, no great taste to steak or mashed potatoes. Desserts were good and inventive. A good deal of money for a below average meal.

    Yes, it’s expensive, but we thought it was worth it. We had apps, entrees and dessert and drinks. Each was phenomenal. I’d love to go back again.

    There are so many amazing restaurants in New York that I made a rule to myself never to repeat a spot. However this is the second time I’ve been to Quality Meats and I will definitely be going there yet again sometime soon. The food is some of the best in New York and the service is amazing. You won’t leave here without overeating as everything is divine.

    Fantastic as always. This is my go-to restaurant to know I am going to have an amazing meal. The meat is consistently cooked to the perfect temperature and the sides are to die for. Excellent wine and cocktail selection and the service is world class. This place deserves a Michelin star!

    Jeff our server was awesome! Old school cool dude and a straight shooter. My BF ordered half the menu and was impressed with the ribs and his big chunk of meat! The green goddess salad was good, but serving this in an ice cream bowl makes it difficult to eat. The tuna was spot on! The noise factor is annoying, but if you are okay with shouting or asking “can you please repeat that”, ’ then it’s all good…
