The varied menu focuses on modern interpretations of classic dishes such as Traditional Steak Tartare, Caesar Salad and Roasted Bone Marrow, in addition to several cuts of beef from legendary New York butchers Milton Abeles and Strassburger Meats.
The restaurant's side dishes alone merit a trip with innovative house specialties, including Corn Crème Brulee, Gnocchi and Cheese and Edamame with Mint Salt. The Quality Meats chefs are Craig Koketsu (Lespinasse, Stars) as executive chef and Cory Colton (Lespinasse, St.Regis) on pastry. The restaurant has a warm industrial atmosphere, created by award-winning AvroKO and features intimate dining areas, a comfortable bar area with well-stocked charcuterie bar.

It was a pleasant dining experience. I enjoyed the lobster—nicely seasoned. The corn brûlée was delicious! My husband had ribs which were delicious as well but likely not the house specialty. Service met our expectations. If in Miami, nice place to visit.

Unfortunately our server got my order wrong and made the error much worse by not to correct it or adjust the charge. I ordered ribeye, but a tomahawk ribeye was delivered to the table and charged. No clarification was requested when the order was taken and when I pointed out the error when the dish came, the excuse was that "everybody gets the tomahawk". Needless to say there was no attempt to adjust the bill - so I took the difference from my usual tip (which also did not make me happy)
The porterhouse was not up to the supreme standards. Everything else was good

Pretty good, had the tomato salad, which was great, scallops were tasty but not a great value, $23 for 2 scallops. Porterhouse for 2 was amazing, overall was a good dining experience, we will come back.

Steak served a tepid room temperature to go with the general demeanor of the waitstaff. The decor was hip and cool but food and service was just tepid and meh.

Quality meat it is (and food overall). Great shrimp cocktail (although shrimps a tad smaller than usual). Excellent ribeye cooked medium rare perfectly . Excellent flavor. Sautéed spinach a touch too much salt. Staff could be much friendlier , get an angry vibe from most as if would rather be anywhere else but doing their job.

Wonderful food service. The background music was a bit loud until he asked that it be lowered; this is important because conversation was part of the meal.

Weekend getaway in NYC for myself and my husband. Quality Meats was recommended by a friend, good energy while we waited for our table, reservation was for 8:30, we were seated around 8:45, not bad for a busy Sat. Night. Good service, crab cake was tasty for app ,Porterhouse for 2 was tender and very tasty, waffle fries delish and Yorkshire creamed spinach as sides, the dessert was a wow- pecan pie ice cream sundae! Very enjoyable meal.

Some tables are spread out super well and are located in these nooks, other tables are stacked on top of each other. I wish we were sat at one of the cool tables rather than wedged in-between two incredibly loud couples. The portions were interesting with the Chef's Special Snake River weighing in at a most likely 8oz. for $100. It was very tasty but not worth the price in my opinion. The sides were great and the drinks were tasty. I don't feel the need to come back here but if anyone ever suggests it I wont protest. I know what to ask for now at least
I’ve been here two times- once in 2015 and once in 2020- and had two completely different experiences. Service was horrible on the last visit, especially for a NYC steakhouse and a birthday dinner. I would not return
