   Had been to Quality Meats many years back, and came here with another couple this evening. I'll start with the good: Ambience, really nice, not too noisy, great upscale bathrooms, good use of space Drinks: bartender very friendly, makes a mean espresso martini, good wine selection Apps: The tuna tartare was excellent, meatballs were ok And now the not so good: Waitress was not personable at all, literally never introduced herself and said no more than 10 words to us all night. My NY strip was straight up bad, tough as hell and underseasoned. My wife's tuna which she ordered Medium was beyond well done...like tough as rubber and also flavourless. The corn side was not bad but the brulee top was so sweet it was almost inedible, so we all peeled it off and ate the base. Gnocchi was ok. Honestly I wanted to love this place but it fell flat... I'm hoping it was just an off night..

   We love a steakhouse and, when we initially walked in, we were concerned because of how “trendy” the vibes were but the food and service 100% won us over.

   Might be the best steakhouse in nyc. Robert the sommelier was impeccable and outstanding. Portions are large and tasty. Staff is amazing.

   We had planned our anniversary dinner at Wolfgang's, which was so awful we left before the waiter could take our order (granted, we sat at the table for 25 minutes finishing our cocktails we'd ordered at the bar before doing so and no one came by). Luckily, Quality Meats came through with availability so we quickly pivoted uptown and the meal was outstanding. Not only were the staff lovely and attentive, but the food was delicious and they even did a nice gesture to congratulate us on our anniversary. I'd tell you to skip all the other steakhouses and just come here, but I don't want it getting too popular so please ignore my review.

   Great place, we just had a bad table in a corner against two dark walls, it would have much better with a different table.

   Went with my girl for my bday the restaurant was recommended to me by one of the door men at the One hotel my fav place to stay when I visit NYC directly across the street . Started at the bar with a couple of very well made drinks before dinner thumbs to the bartenders. We had the cracked Lobster cocktail for an app fresh tasty and easy to eat being I’m from bean town Lobster was on point. I had the the aged tomahawk and she the filet mignon both perfectly cooked and delicious literally took the hawk down to bone we had 2 sides Brussel sprouts mouth watering and mash potatoes which were just as good topped off with a bottle of Catana Alta Malbec which was perfect the meal. Wasn’t gonna have dessert but the servers whom were all very professional and perisonalble over heard it was my Bday and brought us strawberry ice cream crumble with a cone on top and candle which made the ending to the night perfect ! Highly recommend Quality meats def lives up to its name … service was great ambiance was chill and friendly and the prices reasonable thank you for a great experience!

   Celebrated our wedding anniversary with a wonderful dinner at Quality Meats. Steaks melt in your mouth and service was A+

    Service - bad. The waiter that sat as at the table didn’t know items from the menu. Sommelier took order of 2 drinks and ran away when a person at my party hesitated for a second. After the meal the waiter did not come to take dessert order for a long time. Everyone was running around as if no tomorrow. Food - good steak for sure but bare on a plate, no sauce (had to ask for peppercorn for 6$), just a slab of a bit burned meat. It was a bit cold when served. Noise - very noisy. We won’t come back.
