Quality Italian - New York
What Insiders Are Saying
Quality Italian is a neo-classic Italian restaurant in Midtown melded with a steakhouse. We like it for the variety on the menu and the massive space.
Fantastic food, great service!
This is a restaurant that pays attention to the little things. That sets them apart from the masses. Our table of four enjoyed a flawless evening with excellent service. Can't wait to return...
Terrific service, amazing food, very nice ambiance. Loved the old building with exposed beams and ductwork. Restaurant came highly recommended from a friend and I’m so glad we went! Don’t miss the chicken parmesan pizza - unparalleled! Thank you for making one of our first NYC dining experiences so incredible!
It was my first visit. I took 4 friends who were visiting from Syracuse one of whom was celebrating her birthday. The food was delicious and our waiter, Roberto, was the finest, most wonderful waiter I have ever encountered. They couldn't believe anyone could be that nice. His helper, Jose, was also amazing
Please give Roberto and Jose our enormous thanks. And , if you can, try to lower the noise volume . Hard to hear
Wonderful food and service.
From hostess to servers and wait staff excellent service. Friendly efficient. Food was generous portions. Delicious filet. Please don’t miss the corn brûlée’s. Ridiculous.
One of the best meals we have had in New York City ! It was so good my husband and I came back twice over the week ! We will return every time we visit from now on
My collegue and I were looking forward to dining here for a while now and let me first start off by saying I was so disappointed with the food and the overall service. We went on our lunch break and got there at 12:15. The place was practically empty but we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our meal to come out. Literally, it came out 12:55. Never in my entire time of going to upscale restaurants have I waited this long for food. I saw people who got there after me get their food before me. Our lunch break was up by the time we got our food. My friend ordered the octopus which was chewy like a piece of gum- definitely over cooked and my steak was not cooked how I ordered it. At that point I was so over it. We paid and just because we are decent humans still gave a tip but if I was someone else I would not have. Lastly, the whole time we were there the servers were looking at us as if we were too lowclass to be there. I am incredibly disappointed with how everything turned out. The meal ended up being $180 dollars — for over cooked octopus and steak. I wasn’t even able to finish it because came out that late and I had to run back to work. I will never come here again nor recommend this to anyone.
Conveniently located. Expensive, but high quality. Can be very loud. An excellent choice for a midweek business or pre-theater experience.
The quality of food was good and consistent with the other visits to the restaurant
So delicious! We had the Lobster Scampi over toast. It was fabulous.
Wine list is extremely overpriced as well as most of the food
Loved the food. Our man server was okay, but his backup was AMAZING. Cost was reasonable. We spent 500 dollars on 4 people for Mother's day... worth every penny.
The Caesar salad tastes light and fresh, with a little bit of lemon to brighten it up. Best I've ever had. The filet mignon was flavorful and cooked perfectly. My companion raved about the sausage-and-pepper garlic toast. It was a wonderful meal, and we will definitely be back.
We have eaten here a few time. I've always loved the chicken parm pizza. Today it was off. I thought it was just me but my wife agree also. It was that crowded and our waiter wasn't that attentive. His helper on the other had was spot on. Maybe it was an off day different cook. I don't know.
Truly an outstanding experience. We went for Mothers' Day brunch and ordered the Quality Classic Chicken Parmigiana. It was amazing. The dish looks like a pizza - a large round base of chicken, with tomato sauce, basil, and other toppings. The waiter slices it for you, and you dig in. They have a brunch version with bacon and egg on top, which is also fantastic. Also, don't miss the corn creme brulee. I highly recommend this restaurant.
A real gem! Great food, great service. We had a Mother's Day brunch for the family to remember!
chicken parm pizza and monkey bread was amazing ! Thank You
All good. Brunch was great. House made ricotta was wonderful. Will return
Waiter Roberto was so nice and made our dinner so special
Everything was very good.Service was very attentive and knowledgeable staff.
Loved the wine list and fresh fish options....bravo
Way over priced for what you get. Great location and nice decor. Food was good, but not for the price you pay. It was recommended by a friend so I had to give a try. Staff and service were very good - no complaints there. One and done for me.
Great food and service. Enjoyed the pasta but drinks were way over the top expensive
The food was exceptional both in terms of the choices, preparation and presentation. The menu selections were excellent as well and the waiter was very helpful. It was a beautiful space and a wonderful dining experience however it is a very noisy place so keep that in mind
Great food and service, only complaint was the noise level as the night went on.
We both had the filets. Maybe the tastiest we have ever had. The handmade steak sauce was way beyond fabulous.
Very busy at 6:15 on a Thursday night. Yet, waiter did not hurry us at all and said to just put my hand up and he would come right over. Martinis were perfect and wine list by the glass was good.
Really liked the decor and mood of the place. Would more than recommend.
Great food and service! Expensive but worth it!
The chicken Parmesan for 2 is exceptional! Go early when it is quieter and service is better.
Increible comida. Recomendado el Tomas Hawk y el Filet Mignon; las porciones son muy grandes, un side dish es suficiente para 2 personas
Very small portions for the price point.. and the food was so so. We had one vegan in our group and the waitress kept suggesting dishes with dairy and seafood!
It was Mom’s birthday, and the waiter really made her feel special. They shared stories and he brought her a surprise dessert. It was perfect, thanks Rosario!
This was our second time there and as good of a meal we had the first time this time even topped that! Food was OUTSTANDING!!! Service was top notch. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long long! AMAZING! No other words.
Food was excellent in all respects; however, we felt that the wine list should have included a few more moderately priced selections. The restaurant is extremely noisy.
We were not having huge expectations, but the food and service were fantastic. My wife being a vegetarian and me being a steak lover this was a great compromise. We salivated after eating the beefsteak and stracciatella with pistachios (unbelievable). She then ordered the potato and robiola gnocchi (she loved it!). I ordered the Dry Aged Bone-In Sirloin and will have to say this was one of the absolutely best steaks I’ve ever had and I’ve been to many of the best steakhouses in NY and Vegas. Fantastic place.
Meal was delicious - and bountiful!
Excellent food. We came at 11:30 AM on a Saturday and found the restaurant to be quiet and enjoyable for our group of 7 people. Food was wonderful as was the service.
Excellent Food! Great atmosphere. Hi men Parm and Italian Salad are a go to. Waitress couldn’t have been better
First time going to this restaurant and was blown away at the level of service and amazing staff. Food was excellent. If the world was ending I would spend my last day here. Steak, lobster, appetizer - they were all AMAZING! Not a Moscow mule fan for drinks, but they made me a believer. There old fashion was phenomenal as well.
Delicious food and wonderful service. Unique and very special Bellini brunch options; highly recommended
