Came in to Quality Italian for lunch and I couldn’t have been happier. The food was fantastic, drinks refreshing (definitely try the peach and mint iced tea), and service excellent. I can’t recommend their salads, steaks, and appetizers more. Absolutely intend to come back on a future trip to New York.

We traveled to the city for my husband's 40th bday and Quality Italian went above and beyond. The food was great, but the staff was so kind and attentive and did multiple things to elevate and enhance our dining experience in light of my husband's birthday. I’m sorry but a 7:30 reservation does not mean, 7:35,7:40,7:45,8:00, or 8:15. It means 7:30. While the host Sarah (deserves a raise) and bought us a drink, 45 minutes of waiting for a reservation is too long. However, the staff and food made up for it and we can’t wait to go back.

Have come here multiple times, and before last night the service was always top notch. The reservation was at 8 pm for 2. We showed up promptly and were told to wait at the bar as they prepared our table. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we were seated. As we were checking out the wine list, they told us they actually meant to give our table to a different 2 person party. We were forced up and told to wait again at the bar. 20 more minutes passed before we were finally seated just shy of an hour late. While I appreciated the free round, the service fell far short of meeting expectations.
